I think it's just because Baz was nearly exactly 1.4m. So a bit less tightly restrained than me. He wasn't mentioning it by the end of the season.

Doing Taron does help! But Baz is still intimidated by some things. Horror and the idea of an RMC mainly! If George needs a pep talk though that @ScrewyLoops video we mention really changed things for Baz and got him back on the horse. Which reminds me, must add a link to the description! I ( in alton towers) have yet to ride the smiler, rita, and nemesis but I'll definetly do them.

As someone that was terrified of roller coasters a few years ago, I have now done all of them at Alton towers (with a few panic attacks) BUT I overcame my fears and just got on the seat and went with it and I’m so glad I did! Nemesis gave me massive panic attack before during and after haha. I now love all the rides there and smiler is my fav! My trick is to just get in the seat because once you’re in there’s no going back so just accept it and keep your eyes open! Massive mistake I made on nemesis was closing my eyes as it made it SO much scarier! Good luck Rita, smiler and wickerman are my favs now after 34 years of saying I hate coasters and was terrified of them I now love them!

Smiler is, it’s one of my favourite uk coasters but it’s a little bit rough some parts are smoother than others. Of course people would say it’s rough because Gerstlauer (the manufacturer of the smiler) cannot make a buttery smooth ride compared to manufacturers like B and M, Mack or even Intamin and Vekoma
Baz rates it highly (see our incoming top 10 Video) I am far less convinced but the little bunny hop air time moments are a lot of fun. Also if you split up using the single rider queue hollering ar rhw train behind waiting at second lift hill while you are upside down is a lot of fun.
I hurt my back so bad on smiler. It was literally because my head could not stay up
Ouch! I'd say avoid Infusion and Goudurix then. Sorry you had a rough time.

When it was my first time at Alton towers l 😁 whent to Cbeebies land
It didn't exist on my (Scott) first visit. Baz went on some cbeebies land stuff (he was 6) but he also did wicker man, spinball and 13. Thanks for watching

When did you guys go cos I went on the 12th of July this year
On this trip we were there July 4th. We have a whole heap of content stacked up at the moment to keep people entertained after summer.
We actually have the attempt at a ten coaster challenge during school trips at towers in the stack so look out for that!
