Gorgeous forest walk. The Mossy tree at 2:40 wow. Nice views at the end as well.

Yeah that tree was just oozing moss. The forest was the only flat part of the trail and provided some shade and a cool little creek as well. So glad I had another nice day out for some absolutely gorgeous scenic views.

@@drdustinhenry It's a great hike. It does have some intense elevation gain after the first half mile but it's a short hike and the views are worth it. Plus it's not heavily trafficked at all.

    "Got views?"
I have 40 acres right on the US/CA border in the north Okanogan at 4,000'el. My view to the west consists of the Pasayten Wilderness and the North Cascades (US) as well as the Snowy Range Protected Area and Cathedral Provincial Park (BC). I watch the sunrise on Chopaka mtn. on clear days. The town of Molson is directly below me. : )

@@Graybeard_ This is why the Pacific Northwest will always be #1 in my eyes. The level of beauty that surrounds us no matter where we are is amazing. If I ever make it up that far north I'll have to check out Chopaka Mountain. Thanks for watching.
