    ✨🪷🌈🧘‍♂️💕Namaste 🙏 I haven’t studied this art before, but when I saw by chance on the website how you do it, it seemed strange, I’ve already done it and I know many of the movements, no one taught me this, I don’t know where I got it from, but I just do it the body itself shows movements arbitrarily when I am completely calm 🙏 I love the feeling of walking on the clouds 🌞 thank you 🕊🌹🌈✨

    In the tiger part, you say "you can do this" i guess you know how hard the mental gap is... but the flow fuels the confidence to remain mobile. Im feeling great now & looking forward to learn and feel all i possibly can.
