    Have to stop two inches off ground. Static hold 3 seconds then up and repeat. I started those recently and feel it in my abs. Have to fully engage abs to feel it.

    There's nothing to doing this alone all you need is enough weight to hold you body either a couple of dumbbells or a barbell or even a situp attachment that can hook up to the bottom of a door.
