King has no panic buttons and even if you win the mixup mindgame opp can break throws.
Theres a reason King has one of the lowest win rates after red ranks (where most people has some fundamentals)

My question is what if my opponent do like a punishable move on the start of the round and blocked it, is it wiser to use my non-heat engager punisher?
Just punish as you would normally. Was it -10? Do your 10 frame punish. Was it -15 or less? Launch them and do a bajillion damage.
If you use heat right at the start of the round then it just means you can use it for as long as possible. It's incredibly rare to be in a situation where you want to save your heat for later if you use an heat engager.
You should always play into your opponent's weaknesses. If they do a launch punishable move on round start, every round, let them do it and punish them for it. It's okay to give up neutral advantage if it's to give you a nice, plump punish and combo for an immediate HP advantage. After that, you can dictate the terms of the round.
