Buddy as a diabetic i worked with my local health dietitian and still eart what i want i lost 75 lbs in 2 mounths no diebet shots any more and on only 3 medication have ur thyroid checked and cholesterol

My thyroid gets checked once a year and I’m on meds for cholesterol.
