hey matt. love your content. quick question. you have said before that you charge a set up fee in the beginning and a performance based fee. but email accounts have monthly fee to keep them up. how does that work ? shouldnt the clients pay for them every month?

You could do that - always gotta start somewhere
You will get better results if you have social proof though
