Hi Alex, great video, we’ve seen something similar, but tests today are showing emails are sending out. Instead, we identified a big increase of campaign emails going to spam, but on our warmup system monitoring they’re not. Our content isn’t spammy though. Up till last week we were getting 35-40% opens on 1st emails, up to 70-75% after follow-ups (been achieving this for a long time).
We converted emails to plaintext too, but saw no improvement.

Since this video we've sent around 6000 emails using outlook and our responses are still about the same
Current theory is that bounce rates are unreliable just like open rates now

@@RishirajM They work the same. My deliverability issues seemed to stem from instantly. They fixed it all. I know because I talked with their support and tried another platform and compared results.
