3:59 for me, it makes it a lot easier to load up the three minibikes that we mount up to the back of the BMW X3 for the gambler 500. Makes for more convenient spots for the ratchet straps to run through since we dont have to worry about the fender getting all bent out of shape.
Yeah, I love it. It squishes down to the perfect amount when you sit on it. I personally thought the seat was way too low and I was falling off the back of the bike like a chopper with the original height.
Awesome job young fella...my wife and I are both in our mid to late 50s and have this bikes . We too would sure love to hire you to build complete seat pans and spring set ups for us. Get in touch if you're interested. Thank you.
I'm glad you like it. It works surprisingly well but it definitely took a really long time to make. You can probably get away with only adding spring perches and springs to the frame and just let the front stay attached by the little plastic hooks, but over time that will wear out. I unfortunately don't think there's a bolt on option. I wish there was though lol

Oh, sounds smart!
I want to do a bobber seat but with skateboard bushings, just to take the edge off and still have a firm bench.
Sick! Lmk how it goes!
Cool man I have to build one for my mini bike
Awesome! Thanks for watching! Let me know how it goes if you want!
Looks considerably higher, is it now still comfortable to ride? I love the way my EX V sits now with a protaper handle bar and 1" risers.

Thank you.
Can please tell me which type of paint you used to match the frame color, thanks.
It's not a 100% match but definitely close enough. It's rustoleum gloss protective enamel "SAND"
Turned out nice, how are they riding?
Thanks! They ride so much better. I can go a lot faster off road now.
Nice job! 👍 Would happily pay you to do mine as I don’t have the time or the welder. Wonder if there are any similar bolt on solutions out there.
