Hi, I was just looking for how to disassemble and clean my e5470. I think it gets too hot and the battery lasts too little, so I'm going to clean it and change the thermal paste. Do you think it's because of the thermal paste or is it that the e5470 gets too hot and the battery lasts too little?
Hello Friend. Not so long ago, I was able to use two dell e5470 laptops(one was on the i7 6820HQ and the other on the i5 6440HQ).And in the stress test aida64 they warmed up to 90 degrees, but that's after I cleaned them and changed the thermal paste to a new one. And so in simple programs, they heat up from 45 to 80 degrees - these are normal temperatures for these processors. But in any case, clean your laptop :) It will be much better.
@@joseluisbrear.5196 of course you can) But I still recommend to try first and then pay, because from my experience, some sticks may not run (this doesn't happen often).
Can you give the temperature stats? I have the HQ i5 and i7 versions since they go up from one they are at 95 degrees, is it normal for it to be like this? (I did maintenance, it doesn't turn off, it's as if it were normal.)
You get 95 degrees in stress test? I had 2 e5470 laptops (i5hq and 7hq) and they both heated up to 100 degrees in stress tests (after cleaning and replacing thermal pastes). I think this is their norm temp, or the e5470 has a bad cooling system. In any case, these models are hot and we can't do anything about it.

You are welcome my friend)
Thanks for showing the whole process!

Thank you very much ❤, but after applying the thermal paste, how long do we have to wait before turning on the computer again ?
You don't have to wait, just turn on the laptop and that's it)
And the next time you can change the thermal paste after 3-4 months.
@@AndriyTech Thank you so much

Have you cleaned your laptop yet?
Buy a Thermal Paste: amzn.to/3ZM8OMo
Buy a Screwdriver Set: amzn.to/3yhzx7S
Is the procedure the same for E5570 with AMD R7 M370 GPU?
The process is almost the same, but you will need to additionally unscrew +- 3 bolts on the GPU cooling system

What is the RAM speed in Mhz this laptop has? I see they're Corsair. I also need to know the processor model, Please let me know.
RAM, if I'm not mistaken, was 2133MHz.
CPU intel core i7 6820HQ.
@@AndriyTech Thank you so much. I have that same processor....Can I use 3200 Mhz RAM Memories....? I guess it won't be a problem.

@@dgm778 Yesterday I changed the thermal paste and cleaned this exact model, and it gives me between 45-50°C on normal use
