I’m trying to get into real estate and would really learn a lot from watching you guys!

Being from AZ and living in Tempe, i know what you mean by not needing to overdue the reno based on the location, but it just felt a little disingenuous how many times they had to say it while first showing the house. It was like they were trying to defend your decisions, like we already knew they were cheaper materials or minimal upgrades. It looks great, so just talk about the materials you did use in the renovation and it would sound alot better. just like any HGTV show, some eps are for projects with a bigger budget or in a nicer area, so overtime, we'll see that you pick materials in a responsible way. Hopefully you see this as just constructive criticism. All that aside, big fan.. love the new channel and business venture. Can't wait to see more.

Steven, we need more context! I only found and watched the video because I know who you are. But had I been a person viewing without that knowledge, I don't think I'd want to watch more. I don't know who any of the other guys are, why you're working with them instead of just doing 10%DP Fix and Flip loans on your own (Because 80K split 4 ways really dwindles, like how long did you have to carry this overheard, plus taxes, so was the timeline even worth the return with such a large team?), and a bit more of the actual work process. What colors did you decide between? How did it go finding and hiring contractors? How long did it take from purchase to remodel? Etc. Etc. Now, I don't want long dramatized HG TV style videos, but just increase the depth of information, and I think that would draw in more viewers.
How many hours did you guys spend on the entire flip? Also, how many of you were in on the deal? 90k is great, but it’s only great if it was made within a relatively short amount of time. If it’s split by 4 of you then that’s 22.5k a piece before taxes. It’s hard to tell if that’s good or not without the amount of hours that were spent in total, to get an accurate view of your hourly earnings. Nice edit though. It looked nice when it was finished.

Not just "we kept this basic let's show you this, keep it basic let me show you this" Was really hoping for a bigger break down of everything. Not just as I said 6 min of we kept it basic before and after walk through. Meh.

What do the “landscape” cost mean? What does it cover and does it vary?
The general landscaping out front, placing rock, grass, plants, etc. - will vary per landscaper!
