If you get a used Garmin Ultra 30 camera, it will take panel audio via bluetooth AND it will record microphone/ambient sound as well. Oh, you mean The Sound of Freedom?!
Great flight, loved the background history with your daughter, CHERRISH those moments they grow up way too fast!!
Have a BLESSED DAY
Great advice, and so accurate. Thanks so much.
Kids are the best things in life.
Absolutely agree
@@bluemaxsix my daughter and me are like "peas and carrots". Its been that way her whole life. Now she is 25 and getting married and nothing has changed. We can hardly wait to se each other on the weekends. Nice jet too.
I drove to Charleston in my private van last year. This summer I plan on riding my private Harley Davidson there.
Hah. All better than my first trip into Charleston (1982) in my unprivate seat on an unprivate Greyhpund Bus. I don't muss Riding the Dog!.
Wow guys!!! You are flying!!!😮😮😮
Thanks so much.
First time watching your video... not only great flying, but wholesome time with your daughter too! She should pursue her license!
Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment. She and I have always loved flying together. That trip was a great day.
@@bluemaxsix Great content!
Great video, I saw a Hj at Hilton Head Airport refueling and looked amazing. BTW my daughter also went to St Andrews (International Relations degree and Masters at UCL in counter-terrorism),great school over there and well respected- good luck and keep the videos coming!
Thanks so much. We have 2 of our 5 over in the UK these days London and St. Andrew's. They both love it. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment
Very cool! I'm just up the road from FCI and go there often with my toddler daughter to watch airplanes take off and land. She's infatuated. I just did a flight with Dominion Aviation recently. I've never seen the HondaJet sitting out. I'll keep be sure to keep an eye out for it now. Keep the videos coming!
Thanks. Dominion Aviation is awesome. Come say hi if you see us.
LOVE the HONDA jet, been able to fly it 100hrs with instructor ( friend). it is a speedy , very easy jt to fly. CONGRANT. Might not fly like a 18 but love it every 100 hours
It's pretty awesome. Which version?
Priceless ❤
Thanks for watching. It was a great day and I'm already missing her like crazy
First time watching your videos. I will ride along every time you upload. Honda jet is very nice. That was a super smooth landing Sir
Thanks so much for riding along. I started recording these flights for my Dad to watch so it still amazes me that you all are enjoying them.
That left bank seemed so intense haha, I dont know anything so I could sound dumb but it looked intense and cool
Thanks. Fun flying but bad pilotage!
nice,,, should be on your top 10 of best days :)))
Yep. With 5 daughters, any day I can get with them is awesome.
@@bluemaxsix wow 5,,, dont sell your bird for all those weddings lol
Thank you Captain…. Very nice
Thanks so much. This flight is still a great memory.
Another enjoyable fight to watch. Great on the landing, we could see the MFD's and out the window quite a bit.
Hey, thanks so much.
1st time viewer!! New subscriber!!
Thanks so much. We appreciate it.
Subbed. Looking forward to more vids and hopefully more angles. cool beans
Working camera stuff. I wish I could get the mounts to stay up. Hmm. That gives me an idea. Off to Home Depot now. Thanks.
St. Simons Island has a private airport I’ve always wanted to fly into. I fly into Savannah Intl and just drive down as of now. Great video on Honda Jet, thanks!
Been there! Great little airfield. I remember back in the 80s and 90s there used to be Russian AN2 Colts (Biplane) in there
@@bluemaxsix I just recently started visiting, spending the past holidays there. I had a place by the village down near the pier. I have friends that live there as well, so it’s an extremely nice getaway. I pulled over by the airport more than once just to watch everyone take off and land. Thanks for the response, nice talking to you. Stay safe out there!
Very nice, and congrats on your new Hondajet! That's quite a step up from the Mirage! Hope you enjoy it! 8) --gary
Thanks so much. We're loving it so far.
I love the Honda jet , very nice Captain
Thank you. We really appreciate you all watching and following along.
Thanks!
Hey, THANKS so much!
It was very enjoyable watching you and your flying buddy great show please keep in mind you probably have a lot of Microsoft Flight Simulator who also flies a Honda jet and would probably like to see more instrumentation
Thanks so much. I do hear from MSFS folks a lot. Did you see the Hangar Flying video we posted? That one was specifically for the MSFS community.

What else would you like to see?
If you get a used Garmin Ultra 30 camera, it will take panel audio via bluetooth AND it will record microphone/ambient sound as well. The trick setting is to split bluetooth on right channel and Mic/Ambient on left channel. You then level the volumes and recombine in your post process (eg Davinci Resolve).
Thanks. I'll take a look.
Enjoyed ur video! Luv your online name! One of my all time fav movies!
Thanks so much for watching. Blue Max was an Apache Attack Helicopter unit I cammanded (hence 6) way back when I was a Captain. Memorable time and certainly a memorable group of Aviators
@@bluemaxsix I did not know that! I remembered the name from the 60's movie and me wanting to be the hot shot pilot Bruno Stachel.WW1
God bless y'all. #salute!!!!!
Loved this flight with my daughter. Thanks for watching.
Loved that approach. Nice flight.
Hey, thanks so much. Appreciate you taking the time to watch and for the comment.
Very nice thank you
Thanks. It was a really fun day
Hope she’s enjoying St Andrews. One of the best Universities in the UK. Weather over here in Scotland is pretty bleak tho. Bet she’s glad to get home for the sunshine. Great video.
She's loving it, thanks. It was great to have her home for a bit.
Next time try the private airstrip near Kiawah and hit the Ocean Course for lunch
Great advice. I'm all over it!
I was with Honda for thirty-five years before retirement.
Well Done!
I saw your plane when y’all came in I walked right past it thinking about how badly I want to learn to fly a Honda jet and how I can’t wait ti get rated to do it for now it’s just the PPL that I’ll have to keep
That's so awesome. Please say Hi next time!
Bonito vuelo en bonito avión… felicidades!!!
Muchas gracias. Agradecemos que veas nuestro canal. Nos sentimos muy agradecidos de poder volar y pasar tiempo juntos con nuestra familia
Hello from Phoenix Arizona. I’m private pilot get my certificate at Phoenix sky Harbor back in 1986. But I’m struggling with a medical issue now and I can’t get a medical. I’m only 56 and it looks like there’s nothing they can do for me medically, so I may never fly again as PIC. Thank you for the great video. My daughter is only 14 and I’ve never been able to take her flying well actually did when she was in her mamas belly.
Sorry to hear about your medical...those are tough. I've had my bouts with the Flight Surgeons before but patience and persistence paid off. I hope it does for you as well.
nice one sir
Thanks. Always fun for us to fly together. Even so, this one was spacial
Hi great vid love that plane my granddaughter is as ST ANDREWS UNIVERSITY we are only 11miles from ST ANDREWS in Dundee we have a small Airport right in the city which is unusual I think
What an amazing coincidence. We love that part of Scotland.
She goes to the same Uni as Prince William did👍🏴
Yep, correct. Great Uni. Thanks for watching
I love Chucktown, but haven't been there in far too long. Nice flight!
Every time I'm gone is "far too long". I'm glad she chose it as our destination.
@@bluemaxsix I also meant to mention that we fell in love with the city when one of our kids was attending CofC.
Hi from Toronto. I've always liked Honda Jet, and your videos are great to watch. Quick side question, what is that song at the end starting near 26:27?
Thanks so much for watching. I'm glad that you find value in these, they're a lot of work but fun. This video with my daughter has clearly been the most successful one so far...such a great flight with her. The song was a free download on SoundCloud called Sweet Life on.soundcloud.com/nFYH4
Never even been to Charleston. Would love the ability to be able to fly
I feel grateful every time
Nice, Forgot your inflight checklist after takeoff???
Hmm. Nope. Thanks for the close attention to detail...and for watching. Electronic checklists built into the G3000. They can get edited out sometimes.
We are lucky to have daughters.
Amen (x5)
@@bluemaxsix I have three plus a brand new granddaughter. 8-)
Congrats, Sir
This reminds me of when I used to do the same thing. Let’s see:
Go to airport with kids-check
Get in the Piper Turbo Arrow-check
Go somewhere just to get lunch-check
Cleared to fight level 320-uh, I don’t think so.
Great fun video. Thanks for posting it. But it does seem to add a little inflation to the $100 hamburger.
Totally worth it!
I always hear how quiet those jets are and that video clip sure does back up those claims.
It's crazy quiet plus super fun to fly!
If you ever get the chance in Charleston, you should tour the USS Yorktown at Patriots Point. I served on her in the late 60's in Vietnam, making the movie Tore, Tore, Tora and picking up the Apollo 8. You might enjoy it. I'm an extremely non current commercial rated pilot that enjoys your video's. Please keep them comomg.
I know The Fighting Lady very well, so great suggestion. I can't thank you enough for watching...especially from an old Brown Shoe.
Great video, love the Honda jet. Subbed 👍
Thanks so much for subscribing. We'll keep working it from this end. We really love the HondaJet too. Amazing aircraft
You are more independent and save time. Thanks for sharing
Thanks. Sounds like a compliment so I'll take it.
