There is an interesting phenomenon in elephant culture. Whenever due to poaching a large percentage of elder males are killed for their tusks the young male elephants who grow up without elder males around them tend to become killers targeting particularly rhinoceros and water buffalo when they reach adolescence and experience “must”, a huge release of testosterone, for the first time. The Pilanesberg national park first noticed this in the 70s with many news stories reporting on this being titled “The Delinquents”. Eventually the game wardens figured out what was going on and were able to coordinate with the Kruger national park, and in an effort to quell the violence 6 huge elder male bulls were brought in to act as role models for how to deal with aggression without killing other animals; throwing rocks, knocking over trees, kicking up dirt. Shortly after these elder bulls were brought in the killing stopped and in less than an elephant generation.

Never in the history of our country has this much firepower been this cheap. You can buy a base model AR-15 for $500-$600 and cheaper sometimes. 30 round magazines are under $10. Ammunition is 50 cents a round. You can buy a poly frame 17 round capacity 9mm for under $300. You can buy a switch to turn it into a full automatic for under $100. Takes five minutes to install with no special tools. When police process crime scenes, they're picking up dozens if not hundreds of shell casings. We may not be able to stop shootings, but we can stop how serious they are by cutting down on caliber and capacity of weapons available.
@@danboyd2725 so one I don’t see any AR’s under 700 and are in stock and that’s not including fees. They are all semi auto and have to be sent to an FFL which is literally posted all over their site. All said and done your paying closer to 800-1000 for any of those AR’s shipping tax and fees included. Maybe the mp sport you can get away with paying 750 but then again those pesky fees like that pesky 15 dollar nics check all stores comply with. Mental health is an important issue, and anyone who needs it in this country should have access to it. However, treating people who have a mental health condition will not entirely solve the issue with gun violence. People who have a mental health condition might benefit from treatment by having a less stressful life, and might be able to function better. But the majority of people who have a mental health condition do not go out and shoot people. There needs to be more to the discussion about gun violence than people who have a mental health condition. People who have a mental health condition should not be a scapegoat for people who want to blame them, rather than discuss why guns are sometimes a problem in this country.

Mass shootings started 10 years after we stopped locking up the insane for life
School shootings started when we stopped educating the violent or mentally ill at separate schools

For over a month, i have been hearing about her, how can someone reach out to mrs chloe scarlett?•
I dont want to ignore this serious topic and the tragedy, but I have to ask: Is Trevor back?
Because some states are making it ok to carry with out a linces.why do police have to take course on how to carry but we give people guns .
Why are they reposting old videos?
Wow... Hollywood is really trying to starve the writers out
Never in the history of our country has this much firepower been this cheap.
Pleaaaseeee tell me where you shop 👀 I and I’m pretty sure the ATF would like to know. 😅

And I'm sure ATF knows all this since I just took a few minutes of online shopping to confirm the information.

Try Academy Sports and Rural King.
@@danboyd2725 so one I don’t see any AR’s under 700 and are in stock and that’s not including fees. They are all semi auto and have to be sent to an FFL which is literally posted all over their site. Second there aren’t any switches on either of those sites which are highly illegal to poses without an ATF form which cost 200 to submit. All said and done your paying closer to 800-1000 for any of those AR’s shipping tax and fees included. Maybe the mp sport you can get away with paying 750 but then again those pesky fees like that pesky 15 dollar nics check all stores comply with. I’m sure the ATF knows too considering those stores are registered FFL’s. You’re spreading misinformation and making it seem like you can order any of those to your door. Which is basically impossible to do for a lower. Stop spreading misinformation and please cease and desist.
@@danboyd2725 same with the poly’s they are 250 and above not including tax so and so forth as previously mentioned. Closer to 400-500 for a poly.
No. It's not mental health. It is pure hate. Pure Hate.
@2:00 Obviously he's reading this. But he's this bad at reading?!
one thing people forget school population is 2-4 times larger than 20 years ago and there are less teachers meaning kids can get away with bullying and when one kid starts bullying the rest join in kids can be cruel and when they see an opening to take advantage they will dash towards it
3:50 The woerst video game I heard is 'Candy Crush'. A game to crush candies and candy is a code word for drügs. And drügs is connected to gun violence. But there is still hope. Other games like 'Call of Duty' are telling the player directly to pay their taxes (duty).
The problem is everything else except too many guns.
Stop this bullsh*t of reposting something THIS OLD and saying that it was "5 minutes ago." (That's my polite way of saying FO.)
The perils of the internet - 😂 I can’t.
freedom isnt free
I thought Trevor Noah was leaving the daily show. What was all that daily show switcheroo every week with all kinds of people hosting the show?
This was broadcast while Trumputin was still in office and Trevor was still host . It's just recently been released online. I know, ridiculous, right?
Mental health is an important issue, and anyone who needs it in this country should have access to it.
However, treating people who have a mental health condition will not entirely solve the issue with gun violence.
People who have a mental health condition might benefit from treatment by having a less stressful life, and might be able to function better.
But the majority of people who have a mental health condition do not go out and shoot people.
There needs to be more to the discussion about gun violence than people who have a mental health condition.
People who have a mental health condition should not be a scapegoat for people who want to blame them, rather than discuss why guns are sometimes a problem in this country.
Funny how he thinks Nigeria internet access is poor
That is the joke.
In the name of second amendment. We breed psychopaths.
Well what is the remedy?
I like the haircut back
Maybe offer a buyback program?
It's been done in many cities for decades. Then, when people feel threatened again, they buy more or new guns.
Sad that this is evergreen content
Didn’t you hear…..it’s not guns but bullets
If you have a full grown dog of the working breed, like sheep herders, and those dogs don't get to work they become frustrated and perhaps dangerous.
Teenage boys are also ready to work but our put out to pasture and ignore it
ignored. old times teen boys helped fathers and were given reason to be. Today is only lifeless video games of no purpose. Frustrated, purposeless.
Because they can
It’s a Pandora’s box, it is too late for USA.
"What causes mass shootings?"
Well, I'm sure that the widespread availability of guns has nothing to do with it!
