@@DrWalterSalubro (I'm in my mid 30's, stay at home wife/mother of 4) It's been almost 6 weeks since the onset of the severe pain from my disc herniation which includes: Pain in the lower back, pain down my right leg pooling in my thigh, my calf, and behind my knee, going down to my foot and numbness on the outside of my foot and under my toes. I've been to the chiropractor, I've done specific stretching, the spine Dr. I am going to gave me a mega dose pack of steroids, tried resting more but I just can not get this pain to subside. I can't sleep in my bed, I end up on our living room floor having to lay on my stomach, driving is very painful so I've stopped as much as possible, I've stopped sitting in chairs except at dinner time I try my best to sit there as long as possible but often end up finishing my dinner laying on the floor. Next week I go for my first spinal steroid injection, do you think there is hope for me that it will help relieve at least some of my pain?
