Are you useing windows 7 i am useing a windows 11 (Atlas os ) 8GB ram 4th gen i5 should i install windows 7 becs after effects exporting takes so long maby it is optimized for Wind 7?
To my personal experience win 7 is the best for AE in general but rendering won't be fast in win 7 either. rendering usually takes long by default for everyone :) cz AE has to calculate all the data by every millisecond or frame. Although you could try upgrading RAM to 16, cz 8 GB RAM means you have 6 or 7 GB free because 1 GB is used by windows/apps itself. And AE need minimum 8 GB.
There are several ways to render fast, will try to make a tutorial if possible ;)

@@Arsacre You are actually very demanding artist for your After effects, i see that you are lagging a lot during Previews and rendering i should suggest upgrading to an i7 or an i5 13th or 14th gen
