Hey thanks much! I created that long after recording the tutorial 😅
That effect is very easy to create!.
1. Add a text layer, with stroke turned on
2. Make it appear word by word like I've shown
3. Then put a effect on this layer and set the Glow Based On settings from to .
4. Set Glow Threshold to 58% and Radius to 8%.
Done!.
If you have already made the text and pre-composed it, then just put a Glow effect on this layer and apply the settings, plus you can also choose glow colors from the Glow menu I chose pink and purple :)

I think if you're using a Chinese version of After effects it should open easily although if there's any expression codes inside the project then you may have to tweak that in Chinese, just a few things otherwise it should be alright.
The file isn't really compatible with modifying and changing but I can send a few steps to you if you'd like to change or modify a few things :)

Hey arsacre i have two problems my mate firstly my texture is not moving for some reason idk why

Hey, I just came online.
Texture isn't moving could be due to 2 reasons. The 'Evolution' property is not keyframed properly or the 'Turbulent offset' property is not keyframed.
The background is moving because the adjustment layer with basic 3D affects all the layers underneath it, so simple precompose the basic 3D adjustment layer along with your card layers. So they won't affect any background layers!
To convert rectangle into bezier path, simply delete the old shape and create new one by first holding ALT then click-drag to draw a shape. It will automatically make the shape as a bezier path, you should see vertex points at the rectangles corners!

How do I get fractal noise effect @13:28 ??
Whenever I edit the fractal noise settings they all look the same..
Fractal noise effect looks pretty much the same with all settings, you can try scaling it down using its transform menu, or fractal type.
IIf still doesn't work then that might be caused by cache data
Try cleaning after effects cache by going to Edit>Purge
