Keep those wheel weights too! They are very hard to find originals like those
I had one those. They were great! But, the mower deck splined shaft coupler stripped andI could not fix/drill it to work. Rob
What is left of the one you swapt the parts from? I'm searching for a bad one for a cheap price to do what I want with. I can put a modern engine on mine, I don't care so much if it is original.
They both got sold as a pair, no idea where they are now.

Man your parts one is in way better shape than my working one🥲 my 7 is really rough I got it for 5 dollars and I threw in a 212cc predator engine and am going to work it until it dies or I restore it.
What was wrong with the functioning massey? Looks like a waist of time to still end up with 1 tractor.
Oh it was absolutely a waste of time. One had blown out rings and the other one broke a valve spring/retainer. Sold them both for $50 which is what it cost me.
I'm hoping to get my 7hp massey fixed up and running this spring so I was looking for some info. Thanks.
