Yup, definitely you'll survive in Philippines, communication w/ locals is comfy if u're not fussy, plus being an artist is welcome in a country where varity of people are already artist by their history. One thing 4 sure just mingle w/ fellow vloggers or w/ people, you'l never know when a right man comes 🤗🧡🎉

One thing why the Philippines can be a good base is the people, the Filipinos. Most are very friendly, hospitable, and with a good command of English. Those are good starters for making a place a base. (And, oh yeah: it's still relatively cheap compared to western countries AND Internet speed is actually getting better.)
