I just heard one of the outrageous claims and it is about the rice vs the wheat based culture and how the rice based culture is better than wheat based culture? making more outrageous claims... while talking about outrageuous claims..LMAO
would like to have a podcast with masala lab and dr pal. That would be a good conversation I feel this is one sided. Still like the podcast but can’t agree on few areas.
Krish, pressure cooker heats up to around 120 deg celcius. For daal ie lentils Cooking in pressure cooker infact retains max nutrients compared to boiling roasting etc. But only point one needs to be careful about is overcooking in pressure cooker since we cannot keep a watch while cooking especially since different lentils require different cooking times. For soaked yellow moong daal or moong daal with skin we prefer simply simmerimg and it is done in 7 to 10 mins. But for toor, rajma, chana etc pressure cooker is best. As you rightly said people need to be educated on best practices by cooking channels with references to eminent and reliable scientific studies. Jaggery we get in stores is so dirty that we use only festivals and we never have without filtering Appreciate your efforts
A solution to this in social media will be to use Large Language Model itself evaluate each post to make sure if there are citable sources. In other words we should be building a dynamic RAG system that has low latency for each posts.
Madam, The body temperature of humans is 37.2 degree Celsius. You drink cold water or warm water as per your comfort, once it reaches your stomach that waters temperature will be same as your body temperature which is 37.2. So on a hot day when you feel like drinking cold water, please go ahead and drink it 😊
