Audio quality aside, this is an awesome podcast. The man speaks more like a big brother than an influencer when explaining. Awesome stuff. "people need to realize delicious food is an indulgence. You can't have 3 meals a day which all are delicious. If you're doing it you have a problem." such an important commentary. My younger brothers and sisters grew up with fast food. It's their norm. Don't know how they will ever learn this fact. Worrying, to say the least.
Hi team at cooked! this was a really good podcast... but one small request to Sanjana, please speak a less loud while speaking to mic but other wise it was nice.
This is what RUclips should be about. No BS talk to the point. Caters perfectly to an Indian household. Wish it had annotations in the Indian languages to help reach a wider audience
I'm just halfway through the podcast and I feel such a relief after hearing about all these myths. Love the way the host speaks and asks questions for him!
I didn't know western animal cruelty is different from here in India. I guess apparently, cows. Goats and chickens here in our country don't cry or scream but rather willingly give up their lives. Oh, by the way I agree, why this hardline approach that we should only eat chickens and goats. What's wrong with Dogs and cats, aren't they animal too, don't they have protein? Maybe Cookd should start fighting for the legalization of all kinds of meats. Let's not be biased towards the animals we eat guys. Oops oh, wait aren't we animals too!?
Hi Cooked team I love all videos. And it brings joy within me. I have request please teach us how to make homemade noodles without machine , without egg and noodles should not break. I would be very thankful if I can see this recipe on cooked channel
25:32 romanticizing cooking. In olden days things were different mother, daughter/ daughter in law used to cook together, mothers always loved to feed their children food prepared by their own methods passed on over generations, change was a taboo, modern day conveniences never existed. Even upto 10 years ago in bombay people in our building did not use washing machines giving the excuse that it would spoil clothes not bothering about the effort it saved the poor maid. So it boils down to someone saying enough i am tired of cooking for 50 years or a daughter saying i have seen my mother cook for 50 years i dont want that kind of life especially after coming home from work. Nowadays there is a lot more freedom for the ladies at home and they are a part of all decisions. Example Cooking at home would be a shared responsibility example husband cuts veggies (most time consuming) while wife puts them together Excercise is a like a mutual fund.... perfect way to put it and totally agree with it. Excercise goes much beyond just losing weight... it is much much more. Best way to help in sustainable eating is eat healthy only twice a day (14 hour window) ie moderation which will save a huge amount of food for others as well as keeps you healthy by allowing your body to repair itself. Difficult because our working hours
Quality of the content is excellent but the audio amplification and the speeded up video is tampering with the viewing experience. @Cookd please sort it out.
I have a question.. Mr.Ashok said 4 cups a day is when you maximise your health benefits. Are we talking about just black coffee here? Or are we talking about others like normal tea and coffee?😅
Hi, brilliant podcast. Please elaborate more on Vegan. People are crazy & following this food madly. Like they stop eating all the dairy products made by Milk. Even they stop consuming fish & meat. And on the top of it they consume supplements like B12 or calcium or D vitamin tablets. Please ask more questions to @Krishashok to crack the myths. Thank you.
39:26 I have a doubt, does sparking water comes under the Carbonated drink category? I used to consume lot of cola lately now I'm replacing it with sparkling water. Is it still bad?
Way better than any carbonated drink. Most of these drinks come with sugar or sugar alternatives, which in excess consumption is not good. Plus, they are also more acidic than sparkling water or carbonated water. Therefore, damaging your teeth. My dentist recommended that I gargle after drinking carbonated water as it is more acidic than regular water.
6:20 - too much turmeric? There is absolutely no evidence of this except in th US where consumption was 'capsuled turmeric' , krish is actually wrong about a lot of the things i dont know why no one wants to hold him responsible.
Please inform the interviewer to respond less, she doesn’t have to acknowledge EVERYTHING the person who’s being interviewed says, and also in a lesser volume when she speaks
❤Great content krish sir… extrapolating western data to India to prove veganism is better for environment is joke of the century 😂… In India most livestock are fed byproduct & crop residues like hay, husk, etc
Ms host, no one in your team told you about sweat mark ??? It’s a bit embarrassing for the guest and for the people watching this video!!! Not sure what to say about piercings but whatever you like.. it’s your choice
