I just got a trx 6 and this vid gave me a lot of great ideas to make it my own style. Love the thin tape on all the door and body seems that looks amazing. Got the interior and truck bed on the way as well as a winch and few other goodies. Awesome build my friend!!

Beautiful build,just bought a TRX6... can i ask where did you get the light panel on the roof in the center? Looked all over the net,cant find it
the packet its came in is at 14.47min of the video I googled it as I bought these a while ago searching for "cchand trx6 roof lights" and a few came up ali express etc look similar or contact cchand directly also Rcbitz sell there stuff and are very helpful if you email or contact them the part number is on the packet on the video at that time stamp so should be easy to get more if they are not discontinued cheers for checking out the video

Thanks for that, you just move the on off switch to behind the drivers seat so you cannot see it but easy to access then same as usual turn it on the attach the body 👍👍👍

sorry don't have a ink it was off Ebay loads of sellers from China list it so easy to get and fit👍
Even with all those hours of work this would still be expensive to buy all those accessories paint and tools.. I wonder how much it would cost
I Didn't keep an exact record but prob around $250 accessories fitted to it and paint on top of buying the car roughly, most builds are more as you end up buying new wheels and tires also which all adds up 👍👍

Can I ask you a question please? I m about to buy one of these in two days,it’s used and needs a new body,are the holes for the trim,lights,mirrors etc pre drilled/ marked or any indication as to where they should be.

Thanks, Yes all perfectly easy to take apart and replace anything, you can get an instruction sheet probably on the traxxas website to download instructions for putting it together and taking apart helps for which screws to use etc your gonna love it💯

How do you strip the crome off of the roll bar????
just use light sandpaper rub it and comes off easy then spray paint over it all good

if you remove the light module, where does it get put in the car, I have one of these kits built and it does not fit on the left hand side due to the light module getting in the way.

haha yes but I am doing a part 2 as I have more parts to add to the body and then lights connected but to be honest I never use lights I only crawl in the daytimes so they are a waste of money for me but appreciate they look good for a build video 👍👍
