When I first watched Power Rangers as a kid, it was Dino Thunder which brought me to see the wider world of Power Rangers and Tommy Oliver in the first place, and I enjoyed it very much.
Rest in Peace, Jason David Frank.

For me, it was SPD and then Dino Thunder due to the shared continuity of the live-action TV seasons. But yes, I enjoyed it, too.

Tommy was working on a self made film called The Legend of the White Dragon due out next year, I think it's fully shot just needs to be finalised. Hopefully we'll get to see this and him on the screen one more time.

No one could ever play Tommy Oliver like Jason David Frank did, and he will always be sorely missed forever, and rewatching some of Tommy's episodes do bring back memories and also a few tears too, especially, but I think that no one will ever replace Jason David Frank to play Tommy, because he is the man, and no one will be better than him. Tommy will always be one of the best Rangers, and Jason David Frank will always be missed forever.

Hey Sixth Ranger just wanted to say thank you for this wonderful video dealing with Tommy Oliver. Seeing this video was really entertaining and delightful. It also was a really nice tribute to the recently fallen Jason David Frank, who played this iconic character.
We may have lost a wonderful and talented actor/material artist. However, we still have the iconic character that Jason David Frank played thanks to the great Boom! Studios' Power Rangers comic series that are released. Thank you once again for this great collection of this iconic character. May the Power Protect you and peace out to you.

We all began liking Tommy as the Green Ranger because he overcame evil with the help of Jason and became good and our 6th Ranger then he lost his powers and we all thought that he will never come back then Zordon came up with a plan to bring Tommy back as the White Ranger that episode blew my mind and from there on he became my favorite, the scene was touching Kimberly fainted and Tommy pick her up and when she opened her eyes she saw her love Tommy as the new White Ranger and from then on Tommy was and always will be my favorite Ranger.

There needs to be a version of Lord Drakkon with all of Tommy's powers, as an ultimate version of Tommy and himself.
That would be epic!
Okay so my favorite ranger form of Tommy's is the black Dino ranger. That one is where he is more in the mature and mentor role and teach a new group of rangers whole showing them how it was done.
Boom studios should do a dino thunder comic seeing the trio being taught martial arts by Tommy & how to work as a team & probably they take a trip to angel grove
The first dose of power ranger was the original mighty morphing movie and it depicted Tommy as such a Goat I haven’t been able to see him as anything but that since then. Seeing him dedicated most of his life to power rangers shows me Jason really cared. Rest up big guy, we love and appreciate you. The first Green and White Ranger, a red ranger, a black ranger, Drakkon. Man We’re really gonna miss you.

I love rewatching the Green with Evil 5 part episode. So iconic and Tommy's most awesome moment as the evil Green Granger. Still sad that Jason Frank is gone.

I think it would have been awesome if on Dino Thunder, Cat the pink ranger would make cameo appearances, as his wife, and have her morph a few times as the pink ranger. With also showing them with their son as a baby or a toddler.
I like that people when they talk about the Rangers Tommy's been and they don't talk about when he was the Red Turbo Ranger. Like they don't even want to talk about Turbo.
Childhood really took a hit the last few weeks JDF and the voice of Batman in games and anime what a month.
I remember meeting JDF at a Comic-Con in the uk, I was working security for him and he found out I was a huge fan of his and the show. After the convention he found me and signed a huge Tommy poster with the caption on it thanks for the amazing work Darren and thanks for all your support. Wish he was still here as a few years after that my childhood home was broken into and the poster was stolen along with my original boxed zords. JDF thank you for that day that poster to me ment so much as a child I found it hard to make friends and watching power rangers and you gave me comfort, I even took up martial arts because of the show and you

RIP JDF. He was truly my first ever super hero and idol. Just so painful that he helped so many people be positive and happy yet he was struggling so much he resorted to taking his own life. I know he’s returned many times but it’s simply never going to be the same without Tommy back to truly mark an anniversary or special moment.

Sucks I just recently got back into power rangers ,(use to watch it religiously as a kid )2 years ago got into the boom comics and legacy wars .. and was happy to see after alot of years jdf was still in the power ranger world .. he was a idol as a kid so really sucks I came back to see the end of his life .. I don't get mushy on celebs but this hit different .. rip ranger bro

Tommy as the white mighty Morphin, and white ninja. Is my favorite by far.
Tommy is and always will be my favorite character. But his favorite form for me is Dino Thunder black. Not only is it a very well-designed look, but the role he is in that series is a combination of everything he had gone through up to that point and it makes him the perfect mentor.

Almost every Power Ranger fan will say the Green Ranger is their favorite Ranger, split between Zach the original Black Ranger or the wild card being the Yellow Ranger. We didn’t grow up on Lord Drakon which is my favorite Ranger only bcuz it’s Tommy. The Green Ranger was always my All Time but Lord Drakon is too good of a character arc. The reason why Tommy has the most Power Coins and the Master Morpher. The focal point of the entire franchise as soon as he hit the screen. Rest In Heaven Jason David Frank.

Jason David Frank is the GOAT of Power Rangers. He's done so much for the brand and the lore. I think most MMPR fans it will always be Green Ranger and White Ranger as first and second or vice versa.

@@gavinmartin5151 my theory is during the transfer of power in turbo they were in a section of the zeo power chamber. The section destroyed...also the turbo power chamber I always figured was rebuilt during the zeo season.

My favorite Tommy Ranger will always be the White MMPR. I always loved that sleak helmet design, and really loved the leader he became after that. While Jason was my favorite, Tommy was the constant and was always there. JDF really elevated that show

Upon my last rewatch of the series I did wonder if Tommy may have created a causality loop creating himself by leaving his double in the past... Also that would explain why there was a wild west version of Tommy (White Rider?) although in the wild west episode there were presumed ancestors off the rest of the rangers as well.

I find it funny that The Triceratops Zord and Dragon Zords are the only Zords that have WMDs. Also I feel that in memory of Jason David Frank everyone who watched this video should buy the Power Rangers Graphic Novels off of Amazon. Great vid as usual! Regarding Jasons demotion, I feel like I read somewhere that it was scripted that way due to Haim Saban essentially trying to show his “authority” in a sense when austin, walter, and thuy had decided to leave the show after attempting to unionize/get better contracts
From a character standpoint, it doesnt seem like Zordon would do that intentionally, at the very least maybe making Tommy a co-leader or something. The White Ranger is my favorite of them all, but thats the one part thats just dumb imo. And then having Jason even say “this is great,” with a half hearted smile, smh its corny lol.

Rita is the good mother of all magic if she turned evil again what would that even spell for the mystic force? The whole team being turned evil like what happened with Korag. As well as Daggeron, Udonna, and her daughter. Oh and Korag being evil again.

Season 3 depresses me so much! I think it depresses a lot of people and that’s why it gets flack. It’s a great season but there are so many personnel changes that it always makes me sad to watch it. Also season 3 is the season where BOTH pink rangers really play up the damsel and distress thing and I absolutely hate that lol

11:39 I hated that Jason was replaced immediately, it should’ve been when he was leaving the show. Also I think White Tiger should’ve been revealed later on the show. I love the story of MMPR but looking back they’ve always been OP because of certain things, including getting a new white ranger zord right off the bat
22:27 sometimes we all wish “what if…” with our high school sweethearts but I got too many. I’m happy with the 13 years I had with my late wife who passed 3 months ago. We all get those what it moments when we get into argument, all of you do. I did, and I know she did too, during those times when you can’t deal your other half at that moment at all. I know she did and I know I did cuz we would tell each other everything.
