Tommy did those spinning kicks so many times. Even as a kid I thought it was excessive. Like he did 20-30 of them in a row and did them in multiple scenes. I know there was some director like “oh that looked cool do more of those!” “Hey do some more of those spin kicks to scare away the bullies!”
@@LuciusYano the super sentai footage was just the rangers in costume. The live parts of power rangers with them outside of their suits were filmed by Saban. There would be scenes where Jason David frank would be doing multiple spin kicks but for no reason it felt like
when i did karate as a kid i was always told it took insane stamina and control to do these kinda kicks as training and did practice this kinda kicks, its seen as a type of judge of skill how many you can do in a row without losing balance and still be accurate
One thing that I really liked about power rangers from mighty morphin to lost galaxy/in space, how the series were intertwined with each other, like the story continues from series to another

Great video, I am surprised you didn't mention Tommy becoming the White Ranger after his green ranger powers were gone. I thought that would be an important part of Power Ranger lore.
If I remember correctly from Battle for the Grid game, Drakkon mentions that out of everybody he had fought, Magna Defender was a close equal to him and actually respected Magna Defender for that.
While definitely not the strongest but the Quantum Ranger is probably my favorite ranger in terms of characterization. Eric, being the angsty and bitter guy that he was, was the only sixth ranger to operate by his own rules and never officially became a part of the team until at least Wild Force. The true definition of an anti-hero, like the Red Hood to Time Force’s Batman. The best part is over time, Eric grew to respect the other rangers, and eventually acknowledged them as his friends.

I always enjoyed the 6th ranger. It was always the anti-hero, didn't' like hanging out with the main group, sometimes starts out mysterious, equally strong as the 5 and was there when they needed the backup. Kinda how I operate and relate well.

Sad that such a positive and inspiring man took his own like which just shows how anybody can be going through the darkest of times even though they help others and promote positivity to keep other happy while they themselves are in immense pain and sorrow. In SPD Commander Doggie Cruger, the one Cat Ranger ( for Dr. Kat Manx) and the Nova Ranger fall into this Category. Also Doggie was the leader of All of SPD on Earth during the season NOT A PART OF B-Squad. B-Squad has two leaders Jack for the majority of the season and Sky in the final episode after Grumm is defeated.

Lost Galaxy was one of my favorite as a kid for some reason, it just resonated with me and the Manga Defender was such a hero. I love a good evil villain to martyr of the good story.

I always believed that the Triforians were the ones who created the zeo crystal. They simply separated the gold sub-crystal from the rest. It also explains how Trey had the super zeo gems.

It sucks to hear that Tommy the green & white ranger has passed away RIP 🙏. I sure know that I'll never forget him. When I was a kid, one of my most favorite Power Rangers.
Zhane didn't get nearly enough screen time, I loved that guy. He was such a troll, but always had a way of saving the day. He also had a great appearance too, with his bleached blonde hair and silver outfits, and his ranger suit looked super cool too.
No, Sam and Ryan were the ones who were done dirty. I understand Ryan's situation being in a US exclusive character who they had to sideline because filming new footage of the Titanium Ranger was getting expensive. But relegating Sam to a ball of light? Come on.
Same, but i know my reason: that was because the actor ryan playing the titanium ranger was my type. The sense of seduction and lust undertone with Vypra made him even sexier and made me realise things and feelings that i didnt even know how to interpret back then. Long story short, he made me realised my gayness. Same for the Red ranger in Lost galaxy, very very masculine and hot.
I would really enjoy a made up fan story of a new sixth ranger working with older sixth rangers to fight back against old villains coming to attack the world again.
The Titanium Ranger is what GoGo V needed. Even though the series is based on Thunderbirds. GoGo V was facing against a all powerful supernatural group that they really could not defeat. They needed more help and that is another hero or two. GoGo V did have a 6th Ranger of sorts in the Made for Video. Sudden Shock! A New Hero in which Demon Hunter Sieg appeared and was killed and gifted his own powers to astronaut Kyoko Hayase the teams friend and wannabe teammate as Sieg Jeanne. It was a limited time moment where she and the team had a 6th member. It was so brief that Saban never used it on Light Speed Rescue. The road not taken: in a alternate dimension. GoGo V had both Titanium Ranger and Sieg Jeanne.

Honestly I would love for Billy to be the Phantom ranger, but mix the power of past/ fallen rangers into the mix. Have billy be the perfect vessel for their power as it offsets the negative energy that made him incompatible with the gold powers

Best thing to do was start it as Billy being the Phantom Ranger. Then after losing his powers, Fallen Rangers work to give their power to him to officially connect him to the Morphin grid and make the true Phantom Ranger as these fallen rangers gave Billy a Phantom sense or muscle memory of their fighting abilities

Since Billy was present as the blue ranger in the Legendary Battle (he was the only one to take on the role, unlike the other MMPRs), it would explain why the Phantom Ranger was absent during that battle: since they were the same person!

Geez even years after the show the designs for sixth rangers are just so awesome. I especially love Green MMPR and Gold Zeo. The helmet for Gold Ranger is just so simple yet sleek with the black going perfectly with the gold accents

Ok so I know this isn't like anything major I still remember a phantom ranger toy I had as a kid and there was something that I thought was weird since we never saw his face but there was a sorta trigger button on him that basically spring loaded opened his torso armor reveaking what I remember was a bunch of wires and what not always leaving me too believe he was a robot or android.

Why did you not cover MMPR White Ranger? Yes it continues Tommy’s story but is the only 6th Ranger to lead the team.

Lost Galaxy was one of my favorite as a kid for some reason, it just resonated with me and the Manga Defender was such a hero. I love a good evil villain to martyr of the good story.
Billy making Ecliptor doesn't really make sense. Ecliptor trained Astronema to be evil since she was a little girl, which would roughly be 20 years. The timeline doesn't match up.
It could be assumed that Ecliptors programming was corrupted
I believe it was more of an early draft note and Astronema/Karone's origin might have been different if they went with this idea.

I always believed that the Triforians were the ones who created the zeo crystal. They simply separated the gold sub-crystal from the rest. It also explains how Trey had the super zeo gems.

Zhane didn't get nearly enough screen time, I loved that guy. He was such a troll, but always had a way of saving the day. He also had a great appearance too, with his bleached blonde hair and silver outfits, and his ranger suit looked super cool too.

The Titanium Ranger is what GoGo V needed.
Even though the series is based on Thunderbirds. GoGo V was facing against a all powerful supernatural group that they really could not defeat. They needed more help and that is another hero or two.
GoGo V did have a 6th Ranger of sorts in the Made for Video. Sudden Shock! A New Hero in which Demon Hunter Sieg appeared and was killed and gifted his own powers to astronaut Kyoko Hayase the teams friend and wannabe teammate as Sieg Jeanne. It was a limited time moment where she and the team had a 6th member. It was so brief that Saban never used it on Light Speed Rescue.

Honestly I would love for Billy to be the Phantom ranger, but mix the power of past/ fallen rangers into the mix. Have billy be the perfect vessel for their power as it offsets the negative energy that made him incompatible with the gold powers

Best thing to do was start it as Billy being the Phantom Ranger. Then after losing his powers, Fallen Rangers work to give their power to him to officially connect him to the Morphin grid and make the true Phantom Ranger as these fallen rangers gave Billy a Phantom sense or muscle memory of their fighting abilities

Geez even years after the show the designs for sixth rangers are just so awesome. I especially love Green MMPR and Gold Zeo. The helmet for Gold Ranger is just so simple yet sleek with the black going perfectly with the gold accents

Ok so I know this isn't like anything major I still remember a phantom ranger toy I had as a kid and there was something that I thought was weird since we never saw his face but there was a sorta trigger button on him that basically spring loaded opened his torso armor reveaking what I remember was a bunch of wires and what not always leaving me too believe he was a robot or android.
