    No bullshit this exercise is magic. Also For cyclists who believe they pull much harder on one leg than the other one, give it a try. Also had clicks front hip while perfoming some weird bw exercices, it's gone and I did this for one week only. Wizardry. You can do the table tests on your own btw

    Degrees of coxa varu & valgus of the femur head is commonly not equal in both legs, which can also very easily cause a visible natural hip shift. People with very severe cases of hip shifting not due to soft tissue limitations only may might find a lot more focus on unilateral work to be better for preventing pains due to the dysfunction.

      More than likely you probably have a hip shift or off rotation in your back/hips. Can look like a longer limb discrepancy. Plenty of videos to evaluate but youd be better to see a physical therapist (not a chiropractor) for a true evaluation.

    Love Jesus, seek God and his sweet amazing grace.
    I believe the Holy Bible, the KJV is the most accurate modern English translation. Pray for wisdom, and seek it out.
    Pride is a function of self-worth (a way of acting) that will not lower itself to perform a healthy relationship and standard of love.
    Hell is a real place.

    • @mzubuki
      @mzubuki Год назад

      @@alvaroayuso5435 One aspect of love, while there are many (Read 1 Cor 13 Charity is love.) (KJV) is that it requires a little bit of sacrifice out of hope for something. Jesus said no man hath greater love than this than to lay one's life down for one's friends.
      Sin always requires a little bit of uncaring selfishness to accomplish.
      God wanted to know who thought being a good person was important
      It says that Eve saw the fruit was good for eating. Read Genesis to check behind me. So she was imagining it tasting good before she ever did it. I wonder how many families were destroyed because someone saw the booze taste good
      God's desire is that everyone would live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God, and be a tree whose fruit is of a sweet savor to those in its company.
