Just found this hidden gem. You frame things in away that tactfully addresses the reality and misconceptions about voucher holders.

Hey I’m about to invest in Baltimore in the 21217 area code and I want voucher tenets do you think I’ll have a problem getting them ?

That’s the reason I bought my house in bmore. Dc got way to expensive. And most of the people I know and many others who have vouchers of any kind are being pushed either to fringes of dc. Or to places not far outside of dc. Pg, Bowie, Montgomery county ect.

Moving to Baltimore is the wave! So many people are moving into the city - it's great. DC isn't affordable...it only makes sense to move a 40min train ride away. Not to mention, Baltimore has a ton to offer

Interesting, I feel a similar thing is happening here in Philly. The housing authority here pays landlords more for housing in the Northeast section of Philly. They pay more for downtown too but there is not comparison to market rate rents. I saw a recent article about the great wealth transfers for Boomers and their kids that is gonna take place in the next two decades; this means (my thoughts) that there will be more younger white people who will be buying in the city (urban areas). I'm interested in getting a property in Baltimore.

Philly is Baltimore's first cousin. There are tons of similarities on whats happening. I always try to keep my eye on Philly shifts knowing that there's a big chance it migrates to Baltimore

That’s what happened to DC. Voucher tenants was forced to Prince George’s County, still happening today. Once the tenant moves out. Owner sells the property. Developer changes the zoning fast (rubbing elbows), then a 10 story building goes up. Repeat.....
