- Last part where we finish with a BANGER of a drain!
Anzac drain = Cave Clan headquarters
This video plunges deep down beneath the city of Melbourne to reveal the several best and most extravagant storm water drains situated underneath Melbourne.
Enjoy.
I remember I was clubbing in Melbourne in the 90s and I was given a puzzle piece and an invite to a rave in this drain. You had to show up with your puzzle piece, then you were lead down the drain in small groups. Fun times
That sounds insane! I was born in the wrong generation clearly
I like the cut of your jib. This is IMO one of the few non pretentious Melb drain vids I've seen in a long time, backed with some Gangstarr no less. Noice. You kids be doing it right (even if you are scared of getting your feet wet :P). Go in big drains!!! R.I.P. Guru & the B.D.P of CC. From a grumpy old drainer.
Sick dudes!
Sweet ass edit and explore bro. I normally just dive straight on in and walk it HaHa!
hahaha i can imagine, you're probably a lot braver then me when it comes to that sort of stuff!
HaHa! I Live for it, just jump straight in brother :)
If and when i come over to Oz, it wont be for the opera house! This s**t is sick! 🤘
Its worth the trip mate!
That is awesome! Don't bother doing anything else but drains down under!
good to see you back at it in your new video
Thanks mate glad to see you're still here! Stay tuned there are some videos coming which are 10 times as good as this one.
Awesome vid! Good to see you set up the try pod to get some well thought out shots.
Great work legend!
Great Video
An awesome drain
Wow, that was an amazing video.
Thanks so much man!!!
Very cool )
New sub .
.Melbourne here ! 😀🇦🇺
For people asking, this is most likely at the bridge at the end of Victoria street heading into Kew.
Not Victoria street mate but almost there!
Great video! Can I ask why you chose boats instead of just walking it?
Because who doesn't want to be able to say they've rafted into one of Melbourne's most iconic drains?
Wow chamber graph has changed sense 10'
God drain mext
What torches do u use?
@The.drain.god
do u need a boat? and also how long is the entire cave-like 3-hour walk?
Nah it not long I didn’t it yesterday
hey is this the one you were talkin bout??
Yeah I would have talked about it
how deep's the water at the entrance and how long is it till you can stand?
Waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy too deep. Even though it is not shown in this video, I made the mistake of ditching the raft and jumping in the 'water' which is pretty much just petrol and all sorts of other harmful oils so that I could pull my mate to shore so that he didn't have to get wet. Basically I sacrificed myself for him and a few days later had to end up ditching my converse shoes I wore in Anzac as they were completely ruined thanks to all the oil that soaked through them.
Ok but where exactly is this like I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find the exact location
Under church street bridge, here are the coordinates 37°50'03.6"S 144°59'44.8"E
is that the church st bridge?
nah mate that's somewhere else along the Yarra
It is
Excellent video, in mid summer would it still be flooded like that?
Thanks mate, yeah unfortunately it would be flooded because we did this during mid summer. Its full all year round.
Underground Melbourne sighhh
Not to worry though as if you do enough research you can find the right manholes to enter into the drain from
Why don't u go through the tunnel at the end
Didn't use too be flood till too many vids got posted silly urbex
damnnn
Before any of u guys ask here are the coordinates to the drain 37°50'03.6"S 144°59'44.8"E
ever found any drugs, needles or hobos in there & did they chase you out etc?
Na mate, the worst I've ever come across was a sick possum
