This guy is a huge shout-out to the final Monster in Ultraman, Zetton. Zetton even had an attack called “One Trillion Degrees Fireball,” and a sort of counterattack too.
Its been so long sense I played this ... I remember buying this game back for the PS back in like 1999 or so? I remember hearing so much about this guy from talking to people in the game, never found him though ...
Access can't be missed as soon as you fight Trask solo with Rudy in that 1 prison dungeon (at the entrance of the area) is when the game forces you to use it.
can u please tell me how did u make your magic resestince soo high i mean i have to defend everytime he does a strong attack for ex.1 trillion degrees!please man help me out here! and i haven't beat xenon yet and all of my characters our at level 99!
@Jonnycastaway32 Neither, they raise your luck up so spells like Sleep and Slowdown can "hit" better (and so Kanon can learn her Bionic Arm attacks faster)
@JiuClaw22 None of the later games ever held a candle to the original. I actually found it kind of strange that they never managed to get it right again. The story, environments, and especially the music in the original were miles above the rest of them.
Does anyone know how to raise and keep your luck at best. I would check it from time to time and it would randomly be at worst. I don't understand the basis for how luck works in this game.
For Ashley, Brad, and Kanon, I had: Up HP, Restore HP, Up Param., Up P Attack, Up P Defend, and Up M Defend. For Lilka, Tim, and Marivel, I had the exact same thing, except Up P Attack was changed to Up M Attack. I think that's what I had on.
@OverlordQuasar I beat Ragu and Angolmois with my entire party at level 60. What helped me was getting the armors from Glaive le Gable (for everyone but Marivel) and (I think) Promised Catacombs (for Marivel), but I may be wrong on that last location. Also, beating the other pyramid bosses for everyone's weapons helps a LOT, Slowdown helps (stick it on a Crest Cap), Speed Down helps if you have the Dan Dairam medium (Promised Catacombs), Sleep helps...good luck if you ever pick it up again =)

@Jonnycastaway32 If you have the money to waste, go stay at the Meria Inn and keep checking the luck of the character(s) you want at Best luck (for this battle I'd highly recommend Marivel, Lilka, and one other character at Best luck...Marivel for Sleep, Lilka for Slowdown [which DOES work], and the other character for another Slowdown spell (Crest Cap), because if Slow Down hits twice, your entire party will be faster than him. Either that or find Tiny Flowers (steal from enemies).

i don't know about u guys but onyoxflare lives this game and im at level 76 for tim,74 for brad,78 for marivel,74 for lilka (or 75),kanon is 77,ashley is 75.
I lost constantly even when putting it to sleep and even if I had sleep work for 5 turns I still didn't drain even 50% of his HP when it woke up. While Fire/Dark rings do help it does no good if you equip 1 of the 2 but it uses the wrong elemental move. IE you equipped fire rings on all but it decided to use Dark Nova for 6000+ damage instead resulting in a instant game over for me.
alrighty then thanks for that i sure hope this is going to be availbale when i get it probably next year which hopefully i can buy the slim version of the ps3 when possable but i hope Wild Arms 2 is available to me and ain't going to be region specific for who can DL =(
Make sure you have the best equipment, and maxed out the Magic Defense PS. Lilka can still die from 1 Trillion Degrees, so equip her with a Fire Ring. She can survive Black Nova without a ring, but just barely.
What the heck? Does that one character use a freakin' umbrella as a weapon? Now, that looks REALLY effective... Unless it is magical... But why in hell would someone want to enchant an umbrella?
At these levels its way too easy when I attempted to kill Ragu Ragula as low as level 65 I couldn't even reach the "impulse bomber' stage of the fight before it killed everybody at once. But between it and Angol Moa I find 7th Moon way harder to survive since at level 65 Lilika won't survive the 6000+ damage it causes with FULL HP. But at level 99 Lilka may not survive 7th Moon either.
I beat this boss barely without any of the fire or dark rings and at a much lower level. only way though is i used ashleys attack which reduces his hp to critical when lord blazer.

This game is full of puzzles, tricks and riddles. I love it.
If you polish Ragu O Ragula's tentacles enough, you get magical alien alfredo sauce...that's what sets Ragu-brand sauces apart from competitors!

capture card is a way of recording whats on your tv screen without a camera then transferring the video to your computer

yeah! this game rocks! i remember first time battling Kanon I lost, she's one of the story line bosses that's actually hard

It's the level 8 throw item. It deals 25k damage and there is only 1. You get it by Spiral Tower on the world map.

this was the stronggest ragu ragula of all wild arms until today. 1,2,3,4,5 and alter code F. in my opinion.

well the bios is illegal so they wont supply you with it. And yes it has save states dont know about speed up game option tho.

NEVER do that I could NOT beat Angol Mois WITHOUT using the Viper Fang even at lv 99 so NEVER use that item on THIS boss.
