Hey, it's your preference. But I will suggest normal A3 size Plotter sheets are good for these types of render.

Sir, while importing in the brush setting ,the brush file isn't showing in the file explorer. What can be done to solve this?

When importing, the file type is not set to all file types , so in the bottom write corner of file explorer just above the select button there is a "file type " drop-down set it to all files

The outline layer will be the pdf of the floor plan exported from SketchUp, AutoCad or any other software.
This Outline layer should have an outline of the floor plan which we are going to render.
