Trees? You'll find Brushes with a .abr extension on the Internet. Download them and just double click, it'll get added into Photoshop.

I'm not sure why the bar on the bottom right could be missing. Maybe try resetting the Photoshop layout. You can go to Layer-New Fill Layer-Solid color as an alternative.
