That ending is the prime example of time panic. Look at how much black's clock zeroed out in the final few turns. We with the benefit of time and analysis can see what happened but in the moment you have to make snap decisions, and this is the outcome that happened as a result.
One other thing to consider in this game: Z3K was in time trouble for the last several days, ending with less than a minute for, like, 20 days straight. He probably was rushing moves to try and not time out and lost track of which day it was.

And also is there a way to put sound on in the games?

The medium tank play at 24ish mins might have been to deny SCOP turn, I assume he wanted to avoid hawke doing super power push during his turn and instead delay it.
Deej can you do a specific video on maintaining unit count while not allowing overwhelming income advantage? I feel like when I get unit advantage I lose because the other player gets too much map control and then the opposite happens I lose all my units to get equal income or greater and then lose to too many units
