Funds should not be available until checks have cleared...it's the bank's fault. The loss SHOULD NOT pass on to customers...

Makes no sense If the do a cash advance why would a bank let someone else come in and withdraw $5,000 and ATM don't go past like $600 each, The first time it does not clear a bank would block the account soo how the hell would it get to $270,000 ???? Can they explain this a little better ?
Its not all at once. You go to a bank u deposit say 2500 check.
Then U go to another location and and withdraw those funds. I used to do this all the time wasy free money

As a former bank employee and someone who has 3 advanced college degrees, if I had figured out a way to take some of the money undetected I would have taken at least $2 million dollars. I knew someone who used to order credit cards in customer's names who shared an identical name as hers and she used to go on international trips. She used to change the mailing address for billing statement to an abandoned house and used to pick them up there. She was a college student at the time and she was really really smart and pretty too so no one ever suspected her. She eventually became a chemical engineer and is now a Professor. She was my hero.

Ok I’m confused , anytime I’ve ever deposited large sums of money by check I had to wait couple days for it to go thru first before I can start using it which makes sense , I’m stupefied that they would let them get the money out before it clears , not a scam if bank employees are just handing out the money , they basically were targeting banks that don’t have that policy I guess , I’ve only deposited 2 large sums of money before
10 k and 19 k and both times there was a couple day waiting period before I could use it
One was a severance check and the other was a check from mortgage company but both times had to wait until they cleared which is very understandable dealing with that much money , every day is a WOW 🤦🏻♂️
