I really love your videos Jorge, they're the best guitar tutorials on youtube in my opinion.
One thing I've noticed with the AM videos, is how much more of a lead Alex has taken in the past few years. It's a shame because I really do feel like Jamie Cook deserves more attention, as he is also a good guitarist.
Anyway, keep up the good work, you're the best at what you do
I really hate to be that guy and just criticise people over the internet and pretend to be some kind of expert, however, Jamie Cook isn't a good guitarist. Considering the amount of time he has been playing he hasn't developed at all as a musician and his live performances include lots of mistakes and he messes up a lot, despite the fact that he has very simple parts to play. I love the guy, I really do, but when I think of good guitarists I don't think of Jamie Cook.
@@alexburnett560 wdym dude jamie has progressed a lot as a guitarist, just cause he doesn’t shred or come up with extremely complicated parts doesn’t mean anything
Honestly it seems like the opposite to me. Alex used to play pretty much all the solos on their first two albums, and as time has progressed, Jamie began playing more lead, although Alex still seems to play their coolest solos, like this one, the one on Arabella or the one or One Point Perspective.

@@maksbedeek2260 how come the E flat works when there is no E flat in the key of G major?
@@theclinkmusic well, it is not at all uncommon for notes outside of the key to appear in melodies. it's just that you get a certain sound when sticking to the notes in the key, and a different one when using those outside of it. you learn what notes there are in a key so that you can achieve either result, not to limit yourself.
