YES!! I can't get enough of Jimmy Rosenberg
Great lesson! Thank you! More gypsy jazz :)
Did you just read my mind?? Been listening to this tune so much this week! Thanks man
nice. one thing is very prominent when plying jimmy rosenbergs solos a bit slower, mostly 25 to even 50%^^. jimmy has a VERY fluid elegant style close djangos. many manouche guitarist are more modern shredders or artistic. i consider angelo debarre same as jimmy, but not always. bireli, if he wants to too, is of course his own universe^^. josho stephan is an artistic case.
This is great!
The Frank Vignola break in that video is awesome as well. His right hand is just a blur!
This was great. I don't mean to be selfish, but more Gypsy jazz? I was wondering what you thought of Jimmy's lines on "Swing for Ninine?" Those triplet lines are great, I love that song and transcribed some of the lines. That would be a good song to transcribe, those triplets sound great, and they're just good to learn because it's not a common technique that players would use and it will seem foreign to execute at first, for most players I'm assuming, it was for me.
Thx again.
Thanksss
