Homie been a beast since high school. He WAS his high school team. He had to average like 36 points just for them to be competitive because the rest of the team was not good. With his skill set, if we were a couple of inches taller, he would have been a premier sorer in the NBA
number 1 was absolutely electrifying! i mean those bigs were battling it out like crazy on the glass but george hill one of the smallest dudes just got the putback with those goliaths infront lol!
It panned into a good trade, but Pop was reluctant about it because Kawhi was unproven and Hill is such a perfect, if not the best starting PG to have if your system requires an all-round PG with low touches, he's a very rare type. He's pretty all-rounded in the PG department (decent defensively) and efficient PG (45%FG, 40%3P) who overachieves in production (double digit scoring) despite low USG, he's the best low USG PG in the league imo.
Samoan Bros No he wasnt. He was traded for the 15th pick in the draft. The Spurs told the Pacers to draft Kawhi Leonard for them. Pacers wouldnt have drafted him if they kept the pick
