- We noticed the driver’s side windshield wiper fluid was not spraying. We did some investigating and finally figured out that the nozzle needed to be replaced. While troubleshooting this problem on our 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, we checked the reservoir, replaced the fluid, checked the pumps and the fluid lines, and we tried to unclog the nozzle. We will show you how to replace the wiper fluid nozzle. We hope these tips will help you as you try to fix your windshield wiper fluid problems. I'm thinking FINALLY...after millions of searches, I found a DIY video showing close to my set up under the hood and my exact problem, not spraying on drivers side only. And I was so happy that you were so exactly detailed! I wish you would have shown those same details in taking the nozzle off and out!
@S L C. Thanks so much for your kind words. I'm glad that it worked out for you. Hopefully you were able to figure out how to finish the project. Best of luck with your next DIY project and hopefully you subscribe to Big Al Repairs
Thanks for this trouble shooting guide. I have a 2004 Trailblazer that NONE of the 4 sprayers are working. Too cold to trouble shoot now, will wait another month or so. Right now, I use a spray bottle with washer fluid, to spray the windshield when it gets covered with dirty spray from the road. I can hear the pumps, but nothing squirts form the nozzles.
Thanks for your comment and good luck with your project. Let us know how it goes.
Great trouble shooting, and persistence. Two thumbs up 👍👍

I need to troubleshoot this - but for the rear washer fluid not working... I didn't find any videos on RUclips for that, for same vehicle (2000s Trailblazer)
on most two pump systems, one is for the windshield, the other is for the back window.
Yes, we found that out. We replaced one pump because our back was not working either
Thanks

Exactly how mine is failing.
Thank you...

Which part are you looking to buy? We can try to tell you where we got ours.
@Shalom. Great question. You can get the parts at any auto parts store, dealership, and amazon is always an option. Let us know how it turns out. Best of luck.
That one pump works both driver and passenger side. Other pump is for back window.
What’s the front pump part number?
Hi, hey do you know how can I activate the door chime and safety bealt?
I'm so sorry but I no longer have the vehicle. Best of luck with your project.
To save yourself time & money. You should've known windshield pump wasn't the problem because you were getting washer fluid on the passenger side of the windshield. And the problem was with the washer fluid line.
@Par. You are correct. Thanks so much for your suggestion. Best of luck with your next DIY project and hopefully you subscribe to big Al repairs.
My truck won't stop spraying some know what it could be
Thanks for your comment. I am thinking that you have a faulty pump or switch. I wish I could be more help. Hopefully you subscribe to Big Al repairs.
