@@Kjf365 I think its more oriented to the whole Flower game the light and the dark is always playing, WE guardians are mare because Light (gardener) always lost against dark( Winnower) because thats the nature of the game, everything ends because all die, the gardener didnt like that and created paracausal beings, wich are not tied to normal rulse (us). It could potentially be a D1 ToM style thing, where we’ll have to get the heart of the Witness to get a quest that’ll lead to getting a key to open that chest
i got it. i did every overthrow in each area with khvostov on and they gave me three extra motes to get 17 and they combined into an exotic mote which let me open the chest

I have 49/55 feathers i did all 6 cyst after i collected the 49 festhers. Each cyst had a feather but when i picked them up they didnt count towards the total. Idk if they are bugged but 6 cyst and 6 feathers left. I thought they were gonna be in the raid untill i found them in the cysts.
The quest with the raid timer has a "Sol System Prepared" total number and a contribution number like the community events they used to do. Maybe once we reach a certain total number the rest of the quest unlocks?

No, they said the exotic version will ONLY be unavailable to the people who dismantled all version of their Khvostov. If you can none in your inventory you will not be getting it until fixed.
