Dude. You crushed this. The red varsity jacket was a master class in simple use of color to maximum effect. The loafer rust chino button down combo..chefs kiss. Olive w v neck sweater is Ivy standard icon.
I got mine from a shoe repair store. When I needed one every fashion store didnt have my size, I was too thin or something. And this store made them on size. I paid like 30 for each and have been wearing the same ones for years now. The quality is unmatched. Always needed 2 new belts every 6 months or so, now none in 4 years, no cracks, nothing.
Good looking Chinos. Chinos are what I wear to work most everyday. I have some of those colors featured. I have khaki, Tobacco(darker shade of khaki), dark blue, light grey, Black and olive. The pink ones I just don't want to try, the light blue are ok, you pulled it off well with that shirt. Cheers!
You know what’s refreshing? My first video view from this channel was 5 years ago; despite obvious popularity and growth, the style OG hasn’t lost the original authenticity in the delivery and production. I SALUTE that!
I have really stepped up my wardrobe game since watching your channel. Since I hit my 40s two years ago I knew I needed a change, but I didn't know were to start. Thank God I found your channel. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for clearing that for me I thought chino and kaki were the same I have been following you for a couple years I need some help in my stylish game .
My go to colors are navy, black, and khaki. But I loved your recommendations for the light pastels and rust color. I'll definitely add them to my rotation.
I wear the Temperature controlled Hyper stretch slim fit ones from Express which correct me if I'm wrong are probably the ones you're showcasing here but anyways they are breathable year round and classy looking so I'm enjoying them so far. Personally I skip Olive and Navy but other colors for Chinos are great. Salute to you Jeff! It's been rough but thanks for keeping the spirits up with the videos.
Greetings from the UK. Love these combos. I'm actually wearing some "olive" jeans/chinos today, although they are a bit darker than the ones in the video. I find olive tends to vary depending on the brand. I would say proper olive should be on the darker side (almost a green-brown) but that's just my opinion! I have a light grey pair and a rust pair. Seeing you pair the rust with some different tops has inspired me a bit as I was considering binning the rust pair because I struggle to pair them with anything and therefore don't wear them very often. I love a pair of boots with chinos. I have a pair of Clarks Desert Boots which look great and would probably work with most combos.
Hi OG, this video is timely and refreshing. I have an almost complete colour collection. Thanx for the matchijg ideas. Nice way of demonstrating the styling... Thank you. Raj
My brother I love chinos, I never consider the rust color chinos. You have convince me to pick up a pair. Your combinations are spot on. Thank You OG salute
Salute to you, Sir. Thanks for sharing the 5 colors of chinos we men need. I love your content. I have all the 5 colors mentioned and got others. I also love it that you mentioned Anson belts. Cheers.
I wish I discovered these types of channels in my early 20s, I would've saved tons of money and given better first impressions to whoever I came across.
Small tip for us guys with wider waist and a slight belly is not to button your cardigans or any jackets really. Directs attention to your belly if you wear tight clothing over there.
Ever since I've been watching your channel you put me on the chino game and to me I love them more than jeans because their very versatile salute O.G 🫡
Army green, dark mustard, and of course khaki. All chinos rock well with a pair white bottom sneakers: suede puma or campus adidas. Oh yeah, that director chair is Supa Fly.
Your chino science remains sound, as always. I don’t know if I can pull off those collegiate looks anymore (in my 50s), but crisp (usually heavyweight) chinos continue to anchor my core smart casual wardrobe, and I agree virtually 100% with your color selections. Like you (and sharing your coloration), olive is my favorite, although I tend more toward olive drab than the sage end of the spectrum, as I think it has a little more versatility to dress up or down. For the pastel option, I would also offer a dove grey (lighter than your “grey” pair) as an additional possibility, again because they go with almost everything when you don’t want to go with khaki or sand, especially in the spring and summer months. I need to give rust a try! Be well, and thanks for this video.
Chinos is one of those things i struggle with when it comes to fit. They never look good on me after trying various fits So i go with light denim during the spring and summer months.
Most guys I know don't even own 5 pants as a whole, let alone 5 colors of chino. I think every guy should have a dark grey or black one at the very least. Because of how easy the color is to dress up if needed. With the kaky being a nice for a potential second. Then a dark jeans as the needed second. Then the third can be anything. That can be the pant to wear when everything else is in the wash. Obviously having more than 2-3 is better, but 5+ for each is something most guys simply don't have. You should do a video for a more minimalistic look. Like what to do if you would only have 3 of each item. Like 3 pant, 3 shirt, 3 sweater. And how to cross dress those. I have like 15 pants that arent sweatpants but unless Im actually going anywhere, only the 2 on top really get worn a lot. Simply because they are on top of the pile. For summer I like cargos, unless I need to dress up. Just the option of carrying my wallet and such without a coat or bag.. 😅 but like I said, most guys I know don't own more than 2-3 pants as a whole.
OG, Where can I grab the red varsity jacket and the green prep varsity sweater? Got to add those to the set for sure...You are awesome OG. Thanks for the motivation.
Chinos, chinos, chinos. Loving the video and the look book with updated background Chinos today. Chinos tomorrow. Chinos forever. PEACE AND BLESSINGS OG.
Dope video OG…I need to find another good brand for some solid chinos…used to get them from GAP, but they changed their fit..so I’m on the hunt again🤷🏾♂️

My go to chinos are navy blue but as of lately my chocolate brown chinos are my favorite.

Gotta have some Burgundy Chinos too. One of my all-year-long go-to's.
What i learned most from this video is that color makes a big difference! I’m currently working on adding more color to my wardrobe. Thanks O.G!
Glad it was helpful!
I need a pair of the rust chinos! I like that look
Olive and burgundy and the grey as well

I LIKE that grey double breasted suit jacket w the blue chinos .. that rocks! Salute!
I would love a discussion how colours. Such as winters, summers and so on. Browns are out for me as I look sick.
I'm glad you brought that out the difference between chinos and khaki-Salute to The Chino'S
had to!
@TheStyleOG khaki is a fabric. It was traditionally made in India in that colour from a particular weave of cotton or wool.
Chino is another type of fabric that is made of cotton twill
Salute OG ,what brand is them chinos? 👀

Awesome! Thank you!
Olive is my favorite hands down and the Nike killshots are always dope
yes Sir!
Thanks again OG, for another great video, your channel is amazing💯💯💯
I remember when I learned that khaki was the color. Changed everything. My only issue with Chinos are the up keep. A lint roller is always needed.
appreciate the input!
My brother I love chinos, I never consider the rust color chinos. You have convince me to pick up a pair. Your combinations are spot on. Thank You OG salute
Go for it!
Style OG, please tell me where you got that nice floral camp shirt you're wearing. Love the pattern and colours!
He wrote it was from "Express" in a comment above. Bought a couple of years prior.
Can you do a video on the best brands of chinos? I'm a size 42, and I'm having difficulty finding chinos in my size.
Salute to you, Sir. Thanks for sharing the 5 colors of chinos we men need. I love your content. I have all the 5 colors mentioned and got others. I also love it that you mentioned Anson belts. Cheers.
You are very welcome!

i feel you!
Great clip here. The Versatility is interesting! I personally get stuck going with more than 2 colors but I like the looks here.
I have 2 pairs of olive green 505 Levi’s that give me that same versatile vibe, but I’m about to throw in a pair of chinos for the same reason.
Great Channel Style OG. Great Work. In this Video. Great Color and combod with the perfect shoes for each fit.

i rock with sage
Super dope OG! Nice contrasting fits you put on display. That rust was tough. Good work 🥃🤙🏾
Appreciate it!
As always very nice thank you

Confused on on khaki or beige which do you think is more versatile? I can't buy it both because they are almost identically same color for me
What brand/store does everyone rec for chinos? Bigger guy, waist 40
