    I just made the Thai sweet potato & chickpea curry and my whole family loved it, I'm a non vegan who is trying to omit meat from my lifestyle... I love your videos and I'll definitely be trying more of you're recipes 😊

    Sadia, one suggestion I may make when cutting sushi rolls next time, lightly put some sesame oil on the knife on both sides. That way the rice doesn’t stick to the blade as you cut also the slicing becomes so much smoother. My mother taught me that and now my wife does the same.

    Sadia!This is the first time I have commented but i have been following you for about six months. I just want to let you know how great I think you are. You inspire me so much! I am 60 years old, a 5 year vegan and an aspiring minimalist. I retired from teaching just last week to pursue a new career following my passions of Spirituality and holistic healing but my beloved husband died almost a year ago so I have REALLY needed inspiration and you have been a big part of the light that has been flooding my life recently. Thank you. I recommend your channel to everyone I know and these recipes look great! I will be trying them all. I made your one bowl banana bread earlier today to serve to friend who came over tea and she loved it as did I. She had two generous slices! Keep up this fabulous work, with love, Damien 🌻💛💕✌️

My sincerest condolences for your loss; I lost a close family member a few years ago and it was an incredibly difficult time. I understand the drive to look for positive influences during such times, and I'm beyond grateful to hear the PUL content has served this purpose in some way. It would have been easier for you to go on enjoying the content while keeping it to yourself, but it means so much that you took the time to share. Wishing you continued strength and wellness.       I’m so glad I found you. I love your style. I’m a recent vegan for health reasons. I had angioplasty with 4 stents places. My doctor asked me to watch “What the Health” and I was convinced that I needed to adopt a plant based diet. I did well for 2 months but then fell off the wagon because I must cook for my carnivore husband and I began to taste what I was cooking. I found it difficult to to create appetizing vegan foods with every day pantry items. But I must say that You motivated me to continue. I like your recipes. Your voice soothes me. I love your kitchen with the beautiful greenery. I just want you and your husband to continue to guide me in this journey to recovery and wellness. Thank you. Keep up the good job. 🥰

    i just started therapy for some weird food aversion/disordered eating habits that i have and i have a very hard time feeling excited or good about food, but your videos always manage to make me feel inspired and almost excited about making and eating food. so thankful for your content.

    Gimbab (what you call it sushi) is one of the most common and popular foods here in South Korea. It could help make it a lot easier and zest to put some salt and sesame oil into cooked rice in advance before spreading it on law seaweed. It definitely makes it different in good way.

    I really appreciate Sadia as a dietician understanding/promoting store-bought alternatives to making your own meals at home is okay once in a while. Obviously making everything at home is better/healthier but it's not always possible. And for me while I try to live a healthy lifestyle, I will pretty much eat anything as long as its vegan :)

    I find cooking and recipes especially, super intimidating because I always feel there is so much information to digest and I doubt my abilities. However, watching your simple recipe videos as someone who wants to transition into a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle who can easily get overwhelmed by cooking tasks, your videos have made me excited to cook and venture more into meal making. Thank you for your advice, positive attitude and dedication. I can't wait to see and learn more! :)

      Same here, but I keep trying!! This week, I meal prepped chia seed pudding for breakfast, and a Mexican inspired beans and quinoa for lunch. I'm not looking to go fully vegan, but making the effort to reduce my consumption of animal products makes me happy. Good luck with your journey!! 😊

    I watched your video by accident and it's completely changed my mind about Vegan Foods, you made it cooked like easy , simple and quick. I'm from Thailand, I had seen a lot of thai green curry but it's not a vegan version, I though your green curry recipe quite interesting , so I will try to cook this manu of your recipe.     No, honestly I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. That Thai curry was one of the BESTTTTT meals I’ve ever had in my life!!! I swapped the chick peas for canelli beans. It was sooooo divine I will keep this recipe for the rest of my life!!!!’ THANK YOU

    I eat barbecue tempeh BLTs everyday for lunch!! Never thought of adding bell peppers. Also good with some vegan mayo. Love it!!

    I can't express enough how I enjoy these videos.. I have been eating a plant based diet for four years, always enjoying videos like these that make us enjoy eating good food, but this channel is the quickest, the tastiest and the most comforting I have come to discover. I am in China right now and these videos make me want to go back home to cook! Great job :)
    By the way, the Pho recipe has become a highlight meal in my family!

    I love Chickpea Curry. It is so delicious and I have made so many versions of it that it never gets old. I am also a huge fan of Vegan Sushi Rolls, just have a problem being too impatient and plating it, I usually end up eating the entire roll without even cutting it like a submarine sandwich lol.

    Thank you so much for these lunch and dinner ideas.
    For deserts I made a Mango Ice cream with just 3 ingredients.. 2 cups of Fresh cream / 1/2cup of powdered sugar / 3/4th Cup of Mango Pulp whisk it for 5-10mins until paste like consistency and freeze it for 8hours in a air tight container. The Mango Ice cream is ready to be served. 😋🍨

    I recently took a jar of ramen that I prepped myself and I completely agree - putting the water right into the jar makes it way too hot to carry or pour into a bowl. However, putting it in the bowl to steep made it get cold quickly and I had to put it in the microwave to reheat. So now I’ll just put a dish over it while it steeps and hopefully that will keep it warm. But I’ll tell you this, it was an amazingly delicious lunch and so healthy!

    Usually in videos like this, I find 1-2 recipes that sound good, are reasonably priced, and are simple enough for me to be willing to make it. But in this case, I actually want to try every single recipe!! Thank you so much for sharing!😊

    here to tell you guys that homemade hummus is so much better than store bought and it's VERY easy to make. literally just rinse a can of chickpeas to take the fibres off, dump them in a blender with tahini, olive oil, garlic, and add water to produce desired consistency. you can spice it any way you want, and can even add spinach or roasted red peppers.

      @@eupaolagiusti I got the 5.8Qt COSORI one, I love it! You can take the whole basket part out and run in through the dishwasher so it's super easy to clean!

    Uh I just realized somthing I love all the vegan youtubers skin like clear and glowing but the reason there skin is always beautiful is becouse there blood pressure isn't crazy high like wow cant believe I didn't realize this sooner

      I thought it was Gimbap, too until Sadia mentioned it was sushi roll. The inside items resemble more of Gimbap than sushi rolls.

    I have tried to be healthier for a few years now. It was always pretty hard for me, but I started to notice what all the sugar was doing to my body. I have a sweet tooth, and I really love everything sweet, so it wasn't really easy reducing that. I tried to eat healthier so often but I always came back to eating chocolate instead of something different. Since I watch your videos, I'm trying so many new methods and recipes and I actually enjoy living like this a lot more. I feel a lot better, and I'm really happy to have found your channel. (If I made any spelling- or grammar mistakes, I'm really sorry, I normally speak german)

    Amazing video, Sadia, thank you. To me, when it comes to cooking (and I do it three times a day), the problem is not the number of the ingredients but rather their availability. Where I live some things like sweet potatoes, miso paste, tahini, hummus, tofu, tempeh aren't available or could be found on very rare occasions. Even peanut butter is a relatively new thing and isn't sold in every supermarket. So it would be lovely to see some recipes (desserts or anything, really) featuring more conventional ingredients. Despite everything, I was able to make so many of your recipes like lasagna soup, buckwheat pancakes, peanut butter cookies, cold busting smoothies, chia seed jam. Sometimes I omit smth or substitute, but it always turns out delicious. Everything you do is fantastic, love from Russia 💚🌻

    Could you do a week or 3 days full of recipes where you reuse the left over from the day bevor? ( for example on day 1 you only use half a avocado so on day 2 there is a recipe with the other half) so that nothing is getting wasted ?

My daughter and her companion are both strict vegans and we really enjoy their visits BUT my husband and I are not vegans so I get pretty stressed out for days b4 they come 4 lunch.     great vid, but thats a twist on korean gimbop, not japanese sushi. Also, that does not look like the japanese nori - it looks like korean gim. They are slightly different.

    Tip with the sushi, you can flavour it with a pinch of salt just to bring slight umph! Some of us also use sesame oil or vinegar

    Thank you for this awesome video. Most vegan recipe videos tend to have a bunch of expensive ingedients that are difficult to find.
    But these recipes seem yummy and rather easy to make!
