What’s your go-to takeout favourite? What should we make next? 🥡😋
Kashmiri mutton biriyani 😁
Quiches are amazing but I hardly have recipes :o
Drunken fried rice or homemade pizza!
I loved vegetable fried rice!
Fave take out these days would be mushroom matar and onion bhaji. We've recently been cooking kimchi fried rice and we're really loving it.❤😋
if you're reading this Sadia I just wanna thank you for helping me at my worst I hated myself my body my features etc I then started watching your videos and I immediately felt better just seeing someone being realistic and honest about their life made me feel better just seeing you smile made me happy
Hey 'your big sis' - no way you're thanking me right now. I want to thank YOU! Thanks for being here with us, and for being interested in what we put out there. I'm sorry you had to go through a hard time, but I'm sure you already know you're beautiful through and through. Thanks for sharing your love and light 🤗 sending a huuuuuge hug!
@@PickUpLimes You are such a beautiful human being in and out 🥹
😩❤️
Sadia I agree! Your videos make me so happy and are a part of my “be kind and gentle with my sweet self’ mental health practice. Thank you for the love & magic you two share with the world! ❤
@@PickUpLimes hi Sadia are u Indian
Can’t believe I’m watching this for FREE 😳 your content is actually eliteeeeee
@Nelma Gina hahahaha wouldn’t that be funny
Feel free to give a little thanks in dollars if you feel it is well deserved, the icon is in the same line as the like and share button, just in case you just overlooked it. I also feel like this is too worthy to be for free. :)
Are those all silent eeeeee's at the end? 😉
Would love to see veganized recipes of orange chicken and bibimpap!
Yesss to the bibimbap! As for the other, we do have a (spicy) orange glazed tofu recipe that might be similar 😉: www.pickuplimes.com/recipe/sticky-orange-glazed-tofu-320
Pick up limes is the Best notification ever ❤️ Always makes my day..!!!!
I swear you just changed my life with the frozen ginger root because I never manage to use all of it before it goes bad. Definitely going to try some of these!
"If you aggravate the tofu, it'll crumble"..what a life lesson! Respect people's space!!
Great recipes as usual Sadia! And PUL community: great questions in the comment section! Thank you!
I just made the home style garlic chili noodles and I am never having a takeout ever again!!! IT WAS AMAZINGGGGG.
I didn’t even have gochugaru so I replaced it with chili flakes and still it is now on top 3 fav dishes of mine!!
Thank you so much, Sadia, for sharing such amazing recipes and overall a very feel-good content.
You should be the voice of Audiobooks, love to listen again to videos playing in the background :)
Hey Anne! I was honestly always quite weirded out hearing my own voice, but after some years of editing videos I got used to it. Wouldn't ever have thought to narrate audiobooks, but as someone who loves listening to them, it's a huge compliment, so thank you! 😅
Robin's excitement to try the noodles is only matched by my own...can't wait to try these out!!
Can I say that your videos are therapeutic. The calming green nature backdrops, crisp video, cleanliness, lovely smiles, food, story and conversation. Feels like coming home to eat with family, every time… Much love. ❤
I just made the home style garlic chili noodles and they were SO good. I didn’t even have gochugaru because I couldn’t find any nearby (I used paprika and chili flakes instead), and I only had normal rice vinegar and soy sauce. Even then, it was still really good!! Thank you Sadia!
Appreciated Robin's honest opinion on preferring the fried version instead of the healthier one
My favourite takeaways are pad thai, gyros, and katsu curry. Would love to see quick healthy versions of these. Great video!
I would love to se a vegan Thanksgiving dinner, caserols, stuffing ect🤞🏻 love your videos💚😁
I discovered your channel yesterday and I watched your video based on journal writing. When I saw you, the first thing that popped into my head is "WHAT AN ANGEL, MY GOSH SHE'S GORGEOUS 😍." I get that you're married but an honest compliment works for everyone☺️.
The frozen ginger hack is premium content
Those tiny forks at 8:45 are the cutest thing around
Happy to report that the ‘home-style’ garlic noodles were a hit with my little family! It was dangerously easy for the meal to come together, and delicious. 💕
Hi Sadia. I'm so happy that you cooked our Indian recipe. Actually in India we say this recipe as Paneer Tikka Masala or Paneer Butter Masala if it's a dairy product. Otherwise it's Tofu. I welcome you to India to taste our dish and don't forget to share your views with us 😄👍😉. Sending you lots of love from India💓☺️.
Thank you for those recipes Sadia. As a RD myself, I really appreciate your "healthier" versions. Those fancy noodles are hard to find even in Calgary. Thanks for making plant based food looking so delicious.
that frozen ginger hack made my day!
The only thing better than the recipes is the bloopers, love to see the real Sadia behind the scenes
Dear Sadia and Rabin, thank you existing
You’re so generous in your videos - great recipe ideas, intros to new products, and helpful tips, all in 10 minutes with gorgeous art production! You’re killing it!!
Loving this new playful editing 😊
Thanks, Steven! 😊
Mmmmmm! Looks delicious! I would love to see you guys do Pad Thai and Banh Mi ❤
Well you're in luck, Justina, we have recipes for both 😀

Thank you for these & all your other recipes. Amazing!
Just made those noodles and they were so good I was holding back tears of joy!!! I love recipes that are SIMPLE, QUICK, and AMAZING! Thank you so much!
Absolutely LOVE the quick recipes! Just what this busy mum needs. Thank you for your inspiration ❤
A veganized Thanksgiving spread would be amazing, as my family is new to eating this way
Oh my good k thought I was the only one obsessed with garlic chili noodles! Love how yours came out and I’ll definitely be trying it 😊
i LOVE this energy 😤💞
I love how you give alternatives to the ingredients used
Just such an amazing channel. Will forever be a fan of such wholesome people 😊
That frozen ginger trick was incredible! And both these recipes (variants included) look great.
I love the new editing style with the ingredients 😊 Also the food looks great, definitely going to try them all!
I absolutely love your channel! Thank you so much for sharing your recipes with all of us!
Perfect timing, I stopped ordering takeouts because it was just pricey and it definitely gets cold once it delivered. I’ve been meal prepping more and it also gets boring sometimes. The recipes in this video is definitely going to be a nice change here and I love LOVE a good noodles bowl. Definitely takes me back to my college years too 😂
Thanks Sadia and PUL team 💕
you have more control if you literally order takeout (pick up) rather than delivery. You never know how long your order will sit on the counter at the restaurant before a delivery person claims it, and then the delivery person might make several other deliveries before getting to your address. I gave up on delivery many years ago mostly because of this problem. Takeaways are much more reliable than delivery.
These two dish look SO GOOD. OH my god. Thank you !!
I am definitely going to try out these delicious recipes!! Thank you for sharing them with us!
Thanks for the tip with the ginger! Ingeniously simple. And also I will always have some at hand when I need it 😊
Just what I needed. Thank you Sadia and team, you are all wonderful. :)
I’m having some rough low appetite problems related to my disability, and your channel has been really helpful for helping me eat what I can be sure are nutrient dense and balance meals at least a few times a week. I’m over the fast weight loss, hair thinning, and worsening illness symptoms from lack of nutrition, but I can count on Pick Up Limes every time :) edit: my absolute fave takeout is pad se ew from a specific restaurant, and although I order it at every Thai restaurant we go to, it’s always so dry and flavourless. The good version is soooo saucy and the noodles they use are hand torn rice noodles which makes it hard to beat!
I encounter this problem every so often due to chemotherapy and the often awful side effects thereof. As you know, you have to eat especially when going through a rough period. Living in an Indian household, I have found that dal and rice are my saviors, be it sambar, spinach dal, tomato dal, etc. Curd rice also is helpful. I hope you can find something palatable and nutritious during your rough patches, all the better if from this channel. These noodles, would probably make with tofu seared in the hot oil instead of edamame, look like a good candidate. Another problem I have sometimes: I develop aversions to foods that sustain me during rough periods, because they become closely associated with ongoing nausea; thus, in my experience, it is best to have a few good things and rotate them a bit to avoid having that happen with favorites. Good luck to you.
@@richardwallace6313 thank you! i find that rotating a few easy meals is usually a good strategy, so I just try and make sure they’re each as nutrient dense as possible! this channel, and a few other plant-based ones, make it easy to narrow down my choices. best wishes to you as well.
@@johanabi hope you are doing well
As someone who has recently started RUclips - I Love your editing! This food looks scrumptious too 😊

these recipes look so flavorful and delicious, not to mention the impeccable cinematography and how eloquent and informative you are!! after finding your channel i’ve been so obsessed and inspired. i always order indian or korean when i get takeout, but with my digestive issues i really wanted a vegan rendition-so this helps out incredibly! korean dishes would be lovely to see next!! thank you for all your hard work in your videos, they are so therapeutic and lovely to watch!

thank you for such a terrific video. I'm definitely going to make each of these this week.
Been here since 100k subs and it's so proud to see you grow. I always share to others to follow you back then to my friends, mainly because of the life lessons that I got frm your channel. God bless you more!
Absolutely amazing as always! I love how you add the greens and edamame as a side for extra nutrients, and it’ll still feel like takeout with them! Can’t wait to try it. I would love more takeout style videos like this: hot and sour soup, veggie fried rice and teriyaki tofu would be some great additions! Thank you PUL for all that you do!!
Oh my God !! The editing is so so better and awesome. Love it. Worth the wait 😃💚💚 Also the recipes are so exciting and fresh. Can't wait to try them out. Honestly, I highly appreciate the fact that we all feel so connected watching PUL videos. Love yaa !!
I really love watching your vegean foods sadia, ure an inspiration!
Love your takeout outtakes
The last sequence of you two sitting there eating made me smile. So cute :) Thank you for spreading good energy, I think everyone loves your videos :)
A important fyi to you is when you use mustard seeds, crackle them first in the hot oil. Then they release more of its flavor
I love your recipes!
brilliant! I've been needing a goood tikka masala recipe
Sadia, I've been waiting for this, as I have all the ingredients including gochugoru. I'm looking forward to make this for my dinner tonight, thank you for the recipe.
I'm so excited to give these a try Sadia!! It's been such a long time since I had takeout but when I did it was almost always something Indian inspired, Thai or pizza.
I just made the tofu tikka masala and I’m surprised how good it tasted for just 20 minutes of cooking. Sadia you’re amazing!!! Thanks for all the bomb recipes 💣🔥🤤♥️
Absolutely love this 💕
Love this type of video!!! ❤
For Garlic oil Noodle, I heat the oil then pour into the aromatic ( I usually make extra; its great to put on top of my runny eggs) then I can adjust how much sauce I want for my noodle.
Amazing channel ! Thank you!
Those noodles look fabulous! Great tip to freeze the fresh ginger!
omg new pul video! my day has been blessed
Thanks for the great ginger lifehack! So well demonstrated in the bloopers again, I could not stop laughing😂
I'm so excited to get the ingredients for both of these
