I am blessed to work in an industry I love. As a project designer and instructor, I am often given products to work with. Some of the products I work with have been given to me by companies I design for or sold to me at a discounted rate. Thank you Erin for sharing. Your Grandmas sister is your great Aunt.
Thanks so much Kathy Hutchinson for watching!
Yup, your great Aunt. I spent a lot of time with mine since my grandma passed before I was born...Her kids are your 2nd cousins.
That would be ur Great Auntie.

I can't even imagine stamping without my Misti!! Catching you on replay! I am recovering from total hip replacement surgery. So watching your videos is great!!
i hope you are recovering well!!
Cute cards! I love the straps that form a little "v." So easy and fresh looking! I'd like to do this with all masculine papers!
Thanks so much!
I totally save those little strips on the edges of so many papers 🥰🥰🥰
Thanks so much @teleriferchnyfain for watching!
I am also from The Netherlands. The South between Germany and Belgium. Tilburg is about one and a half hour away from us.
Nice to see the cards ideas. Good to use the scraps this way.
@joseduijf-arets1422 how cool, hoping one day i can go back and visit again!
Love all these ideas. I have so much scrap paper! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the ideas. I love scrap busting techniques. My favorite was the circle one.
Thanks for watching!
I have a stamp positioner and it's my 2nd favorite tool in my craft room. Papercutter is #1.
they are a life changer!
I really liked your cards. I will definitely try your designs. Thank you 🙏.
Please do!
Very cute. Love the critters! Love using strips as I quilt also and it's like strip quilting! I would say "great aunt".
strip quilting is fun too, thanks for watching!
Love your cards this episode. Quilting patterns make great card ideas. TFS
ty, they are fun to make!
That would be your great Aunt pretty card
I do lots of this type "use your scrap bits/pieces" paper quilts. Something that is fun to do is once you have got your "quilt" to how you want, run it thru an EMBOSSIN FOLDER and then glue onto the card front. It not only gives some texture and interest, but also helps the pieces meld into a paper.
awesome tip!
Yes it's your great aunt. As I am a great great aunt my sister is 16 years older and has great grandkids. I feel so old at 63.lol. Love your video. Need to use up paper not waste it so this is brilliant.
Thanks so much Christine Sharland for watching!
Cute cards, great ideas.
I love the card wuth the cirkels at most.
Thanks so much!
Love the scrappy cards
Thanks so much Regina Whitaker for watching!
Great Aunt is your Grandmother’s sister. I use Un-Du to clean my scissors when they get goopy. It stinks but works like a charm!
thanks for the great tip!!
@@ErinReedMakes I can’t take credit. I picked up that tip from Cathy Z.
Thank you for these ideas! I do struggle with feeling like I want to "dress up" a car that is basically a cutapart put on a mat--I would love to see a video re: different ways to add touches to 3x4 cutaparts especially. Whether it's different ways to cut them, embellish them, how to adapt ones that aren't quite usable...
That's a great idea, i will add to my list of possible videos!
Very creative and colourful cards!
Thank you so much 😊
Really enjoyed this! I joined! Yeah!
Yay! Thank you!
Super inspiration! Blessings 🙏

I have gone to homes at the end of January and still see their Xmas ornaments around🤫🤫🤔🤔I put everything away as from 1st January

Hi everyone, Lynn here from sunny New Zealand.
great quick fixes!
Glad it helped!
Great ideas! Subscribed!😊
Thanks for subbing!
Great video! I'm addicted to making strip cards. Even made this year's Christmas cards using Christmas paper scraps. Can you show us any ideas for tone on tone scrap cards?
thank you so much for your kinds words - i will keep your tone on tone idea in mind!
Thank You!
Welcome!
These were good tips for using scraps for cards. Your grandma's sister would be your great aunt. I had lots of great aunts and uncles. My grandma on my mom's side had lots of brothers and sisters. Her sister in law was my great aunt, but I thought of her like a grandma because my grandma died when I was five. Also, she didn't have any children, so her nieces and nephews were like her kids.
thank you for sharing your story!
Awesome
@juliebergacker5680 you are amazing, thank you!
Fun cards, Erin. Thank you for the inspiration. I have sooooo much patterned pattern just waiting to be used.
You are so welcome!
I would LOVE a tutorial of how to choose different patterned papers for different layers on a card with an image. (Like 3 mats and then your image on white.)
come check out my LIVE tomorrow at 1pm cst tomorrow, it is all about patterend paper!!
Very cute cards!
Thanks so much!
Best thing to clean your gunky scissors is > Eucalyptus Oil (Solution) on a cloth, wipe carefully .... works great and scissors are fresh & like new again :)
Thanks for the info!
Very cute cards! Thank you for sharing. By the way, when I get gunky scissors, I like to use lemon or orange essential oil to clean them. Smells so good and wipes off easily. Another product that works well is Ronsonol lighter fluid. It doesn't smell so good, though. :)
thanks for the great tip!
I don’t have these strips soo I will paint on my cards!
any strips of paper work, they are just 1/2 in cut from any paper, but paints works great too!
Great aunt
She is your Great Aunty
From Google: Your grandmother's sister (or sister-in-law) is most correctly called your grandaunt. However great aunt is the more commonly, although inaccurately, used term. Likewise your grandmother's brother is your granduncle, or commonly great uncle.
Thanks for the info!
❤️❤️
Thanks so much The Pride And Joy Shop for watching!

Great aunt 8:52
Great idea. Which tape runner were you using please and is it refillable tfs
the it is the xyron mega runner, i tagged the product via youtube snd also linked the products in the info section :)
Ohh I'm so with you on the Colour thing... though mine might be a little different, So dislike when people put their Christmas stuff up in Sept - Oct, truly takes away the Christmas spirit for me :( by the time Christmas comes, I'm over seeing them all......lol Just way to long for me :(
But anyways ....
Beautiful cards, love your designs & ideas :)
thank you!
What kind of trimmer are you using and does it hold up well for a long time or do you have to replace blades often
I use the fiskars paper trimmer with the blade insert (link is in the info section of the video). I have had it for over 15 years and LOVE IT!! I had the wire break once, and i contacted fiskars (as the timmer as a lifetime warranty, and they sent a replacement free). You do have to change the blades when they get dull, i change mine 3-4 times a year and i use the heck out of it, but the dulling of the blades is all about how much you use it and what kind of paper you are cutting, some papers dull the blade faster. hope that helps!
Grand aunt according to Genealogy
She's called a grand aunt
Your grandmother is one of your parents parents and the grandmother’s sister would be your parent’s aunt, and your great aunt.
thank you!
Great grand aunt
hehe, ty!
One other reason to avoid placing things on the middle: if you're even a tad off, its obvious that you tried but missed. So just go far from the center like you do.
awesome tip, thank you!
Lynn here, it would be your grant aunt, Yes
Where can I find the measurements for the cards please?
Hi, i popped in a couple of the measurements into the info section, but lots of the measurements are what you want or what you have on hand to make the strips or circles
She would be your Moms Aunt, your Great Aunt.
thank you!
Your mom and mom's sister
are your mom and your aunt
Your grandma and her sister
are your grandma and great aunt
It gets confusing.
it totally does!
Hi Erin,
Im sorry missed your paper size to start with?
all measurements are listed in the info section!
She would be your Great Aunt.
ty, i always get that confused - now if i just figure out the whole once removed thing...lol
@@ErinReedMakes Google yourself an ancestry chart. That's what I refer to.
She's your great aunt. :)
Cute cards she would just be your grandma's sister
