Geez finally one of these tributes where the song actually sounded like Randy. Tracii Guns was fantastic-showed a total respect for teh material, didn't just woodshed over the top of some chords.
This is no disrespect to any player honoring Randy. I had the honor of meeting Randy Rhoads in the 80's , as I was working as a bellman in hotel (got to really talk to him). Told him I play guitar, I told him how much I dug his playing, asked him how to play the intro to See( as I went up to his and Ozzie's hotel room several times during the course of my shift. Long story short I asked him what is lacking in guitar players of the day (80's). Randy looked at me totally serious and said timing, and rythm, he said " I work with a metronome and everybody doesn't listen to the time, always rushing! That drives me up the wall!". I think this gentleman did a great job! However it's just ahead of the best, in my opinion. I am so happy to see everyone playing their head off and honoring Randy. God bless Rudy also too! He's still taking care of business . Peace.
Wow Tracii totally owned this. Beast! Really great performance. I agree with so many of the comments below. Tracii is so underrated! Great player. Much love
WOW!!! Tracii im sorry to say I never knew, you blow away 99% of other famous guitarists. I bow to you!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I vote for this to be a supergroup with Tracii from LA Guns, Michael from Whitesnake, with Rudy and Brian it’s a great group and clearly sounds awesome!
I’ve been fortunate to see Tracii live several times. He is one of the best live guitar performers I have ever seen and the margin between number one and he is very thin in my book. He always delivers!
Traci Guns hits a home-run again. Don't know how he's not in a big Rock Group making the big bucks (Time to leave L.A. Guns). Whether it's a small festival or a bigger theater he sure looks happy and having fun playing in every video I've seen of him playing., not burned out and bored like so many other guitar players that went through the 80's and 90's. Bottom Line, The guy is a natural at playing and I'm Super Jealous I don't have that natural talent also. :P';';';;' LOL..
This is an absolute treasure. Thank you for capturing this moment in Time. Traci is phenomenal and the influence of Randy on his style is so evident. What a tribute.
What a Amazing night right down front such a Tradition i will continue every year those all involved put on such a Fantastic Tribute to Randy Rhoads and such Awesome talent
Of course, Tracii Gans played Crazy Train perfectly. Channeled all the energy of Randy Rhoads. Perfect . Аnd on Sollo raised his hand up to the heavens in salute to Randy Rhoads. Bravo.
Anyone could with here and pick this performance apart behind their keyboard or phone, but Tracii was a hammer. Totally nailed it. He was playing this the way he felt it rather than being a robot. Great vid!
@@hauntedchannel9163 A crowd buying tickets is actually what makes shows happen, sitting at home whining about it, not so much. So, who's disrespectful again?
Traci!! Great job man!! It's nice to see someone having a great time and delivering the goods at the same time, when Rudy came over and you guys smiled! I always like to see that!!
That's Brian Tichy, was in Pride & Glory with zakk wylde, and he played drums for alot people, also he did about 3 years with Whitesnake ,hell of a drummer
+Jim Neano Brian Tichy is the organizer of these RRR events and also the Bonzo bash as well. He's a great musician. Check out some of his Bonzo Bash videos, it's some great stuff!
I don't know for sure but as I recall, (and I could be wrong,) he does have at least one of Randy's Les Pauls. He mentions it in that old docu. video from decades ago and that's where I am remembering it from. I have always wondered if I had heard that correctly. There are parts of that docu. on RUclips all over the place.
Actually he is playing. you can get the sound without picking you just push the strings w/ the your left hand a little harder and as you can hear, it's not a picked chord sound at all little more muffled. But you can clearly see him chording it w/ his left hand.
@@hanc37 It's a Tribute guitar...the only time the Rhode's family took one of Randy's guitars out of the vault was to photograph the polka dot for the Crazy Train vid in 87
I truly wish someone would have professionally recorded this (straight off the sound board). Tracii is a phenomenal guitar player (not taking away from the other talent on stage), but everything's muddled in this recording. That detracts from the performance. If Zakk was playing, it would have been a muddled mess anyway, because that's all he's sounded like since 1991... On another note, I truly wish they would get Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake--who truly helped shape the first two albums that were originally supposed to be from the band Blizzard of Ozz and not the Ozzy Osbourne solo band, which Sharon Osbourne made sure happened by screwing people over left and right. Crazy Train's full lyrics, for example, were written by Bob Daisley, but everyone thinks that Ozzy wrote it. Ozzy admitted to a reporter that he had not a clue what the Crazy Train lyrics meant because he didn't write them, that it was the bass player in the band at the time (Daisley). He didn't even mention Daisley by name, who pretty much wrote all of Ozzy's lyrics up to the No More Tears album. Randy Rhoads is one of the pillars of rock/metal guitar and an inspiration for countless musicians, but Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake don't get the credit they deserve for their work/lyric writing/dedication on those first two Ozzy albums. (No thanks to Sharon...and Ozzy. But mostly Sharon.) Again, I would love to see Daisley and Kerslake up on stage playing these songs at a Randy Rhoads Remembered concert. Maybe even Kerslake reprising his vocals on "You Said it All" and could have mannequin legs hanging under the drum riser (Side note: Ozzy was drunk and passed out under the drum riser while Daisley, Kerslake, and Randy worked on this rare track. Kerslake sang lead on the rehearsal. Then, they recorded it with Ozzy later.)
Why didn't Traci ever get a chance ith ozzzy Jake brad and others who could t string his guitars plus his a hell of a guy his like Carlos there never get the true respect
Tracii, you still sound great, better if that's not an insult. The singer sucks. It's awesome to see Rudy again. I grew up listening to Quiet Riot. I miss my high school years.
Brian Spruill The "singer" is one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet; Whitesnake bassist Michael Devin. Always nice to see someone criticized for not measuring up to what someone else "thinks". Especially when they're paying tribute to one of their heroes.
Traci is an incredible guitarist. I don't like how he is so underated
LA Guns is underrated. Phil Lewis with his 63 yo still is a awesome singer
Definitely I’ve watched just about every guitarist tribute to RR and Traci is one of the best
Wow Tracii kills this cover. This has got to be one of the best RR tributes of all time.
loved it!
From the little solo intro to the ending notes, Tracii absolutely owned this performance
Geez finally one of these tributes where the song actually sounded like Randy. Tracii Guns was fantastic-showed a total respect for teh material, didn't just woodshed over the top of some chords.
❤

Dude channels Randy pretty well. Nobody could ever match Randy live... but this cat is a real respectable stand in.
That was fucking incredible. Dear god Tracii Guns is underrated.
Nobody plays that better and as true to original as tracii. No pinch harmonics every 2 seconds butchering the song. Fuckin killer!
Man! Tracii Guns played really well!
Tracey guns note-for-note would expect nothing less he's a badass
you can tell Sarzo's definitely enjoying himself, that's nice...
Yep! Rudy was totally enjoying this one! The only other one I’ve seen him getting into it was with bumble
Men This is awesome!... Tracii Gunns really have Randy Rhoads vibe.
Tracii just murdered this! Skills!
Thumbs up to traci guns u mastered crazy train
Tracii Gunns is one of the most underated guitar players of 80s metal along with Mick Mars.
😎Top 5 guitarist in my book 😎
Wow Tracii totally owned this. Beast! Really great performance. I agree with so many of the comments below. Tracii is so underrated! Great player. Much love
He made that guitar his bicth 😅😎👍
Randys spirit is there. I can tell by the look on Rudys face.It almost brings a tear to my eye.
At the end, Brian hit it precisely....
TRACII FUCKING GUNS, MAN!!

by far the best guitar tribute ever to RR👑
Great stuff! Been a shredder since LA Guns.
Tracii. Legend.

Traci!! Great job man!! It's nice to see someone having a great time and delivering the goods at the same time, when Rudy came over and you guys smiled! I always like to see that!!
this is the first time I see someone say "underrated" about Randy Rhoads.
Gunn's an axe killer...wow
I love Zakk to death but NOBODY plays Crazy Train as perfect as Tracii does
I don't like Zakk inserting his signature in Randys music...
GUNN'S SOUNDING GREAT
Totally rocked that song. Traci can play ... Holy shit.
TRACII GUNS IS THE BEST 👌 👍GUITARIST OF ALL TIME ROCK N ROLL DUDE YOU ARE THE GREATEST 🤩😁😎💜💜🤘🤘🤘👍

Are those Randy's guitars they are playing on??? That would be amazing if they were

Damn good. Michael and Tracii together would be a good band.
This Why Tracy Has To Had Checked Himself Over The Years. He Ain't Got Shit Else To Prove His Playin Does The Talkin.
He gives randy the respect he deserves guitar don't play randy unless you can do it right Jake brad and ithers
Tracii plays it so much better than Zakk Wilde!
Zack wild sucks
Tracii fuckn nails this.
AWSOME
This is how it should be played. I can’t listen to Zakk Wylde play it anymore.
yes he did
Those fills. Someone's heard some bootlegs.
yeah he has...love it..
Or watched Randy live
He was in the heart of it all, I heard some bootleg solo stuff RR did when he was a kid before it got released, I'm sure Tracii heard it too.
Bravo Tracci Guns...👏👏👏👏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘holy shit, not even Zakk Wylde play it as well!....You should have been Ozzy's ax man
Zakk never could play it like that
He would play Zakk away
Awesome cover, man how good is Rudy but, epic
TRACII
NAILED IT!!!!
Awesome♫
TRACII.GUNS Is so underrated Guitarist
Tracii did the homeworks!!!
Bryan tichy and Tracii should be in Ozzy
Agree with that one
Rudy too

Playing Randy's original Les Paul? I see his name on the pick guard.....or is it just a copy?
J'Mac ! .. just a copy. Get serious bro
Maybe real as he is friends of the Rhoads family.
@@chuckmannewrock4743 I would bet money it's real.
J'Mac ! It’s a Rhoads tribute guitar. It would have been made after Randy’s death.

Tom Gardner finally someone that shares my opinion on Zakk’s tone
Zakk worshipped Randy
The singer , Michael Devin, Whitesnake s bass player
Rudy is the original player of this song. Devin also was the bassist in white snake as well. Lol
Actually Rudy didn't record bass on this song. He came in during the diary tour.
The only one that plays that better is Randy!🤘
underrated you say?
Hate to say it but T Guns is better them Slash
I've been saying that for a long time
How bout MD on vocals????
