Happy 2020 Lydia! I’ve been desperately waiting for your videos to return. The mood has been super heavy and heartbreaking here in Australia with the bushfires as you’d know, so it’s really good to have a bit of lightheartedness and escapism, and to see wonderful dreary, rainy England 😊
Good job on kicking the Red Bull! I was really overdoing the coffee years ago to the point that I was drinking it all day and not functional without it. I went cold turkey and had a headache for a week! It was no joke. I still drink coffee occasionally but not daily and it feels good not to be dependent on caffeine.

I think Redbull helps contribute to all that monthly misery you experience. You’d be surprised at how much that rubbish effects our bodies. Also surprised just how much of it you drink when you don’t monitor.

Good for you for kicking the red bull habit! I used to be a soda drinker and was able to kick that almost 2 years ago, occasionally I’ll have one like if out to eat or as a treat, but honestly they are too sweet most times and I’m satisfied after about half a bottle or glass.
