I am one of the 144k and my life is not an easy walk in the park. I feel like I'm almost everyone's enemy. I want to spread kindness and have a "normal" life but I've often been attacked, sometimes physically, usually more spiritually. I learned the song a few years ago, it's simple. "We love your Lord.
