I fell backwards today, cried, letting that hopelessness move through me. It sucked for sure. Not totally out of it, but much better. Ty for your message. Sometimes we need to just be with it, not resist what is festering. Amazing how those dark emotions can overwhelm and confuse one quite easily. I am glad I let myself feel it. I was able to release part of it. Now, to sleep deeply tonight… after listening to this again.
