Finally started acting classes this year aged 30 and now I’m in a play this summer. My introvert self is going after the dream 5-year-old me had but wasn’t allowed to do because it wasn’t academic or sensible. Life’s too short. So thankful I stepped outside of my comfort zone and am embracing the lack of fear I had as a kid ❤

I went clubbing by myself last night. I thought I'd regret it and be bored, but I surprisingly enjoyed myself. Exploring diff spots, jamming to music alone like u do in ur room, and meeting new ppl given ur not w.others. I say traveling alone has really helped me in learning and getting myself to enjoy alone activities. It seems scary but it's totally worth it
I took myself to a really fancy restaurant and got all dressed up with no man. While eating, someone sent me champagne and said I was so beautiful!
It was such a memorable experience and I was glad I did it even though it made me nervous!

I am so glad I came across this video because I struggle to do simple things because I feel like everyone judges me. I recently started going to the gym by myself without my husband and it was something I really had to push myself to do. It was so uncomfortable for me and not going to lie I sat in my car for 30 minutes before I could get myself to walk inside. You are motivating me to go out there and live my life! Who cares what anyone thinks. ♥♥
Becca, I am almost at the end of my 20s, turning 29 in June and I've never been more exciting about what I'm going to accomplish and owe a lot of that to YOU. loved that one - when I could walk I used to do some sort of course every year that I got a certificate for - and there are loads - academic or something more personal - say aromatherapy...... I felt that really helped me keep challenged and I needed that.... Last weekends challenge was to go outside in the s_odding electric wheelchair which I find really hard to drive - so we went to the garden centre - little things make big things grow. Did I congratulate you on that 200,000 marker that slipped by - nice one

I absolutely loved this video!! And these reminders you pointed that “growth starts outside of your comfort zone” just hit me. I’m about to start tap dance at my dance school next fall and I’ve never had any experience with it but I know it’s something I’ve always wanted to learn and somewhat master. I’ve been doing hip hop styles and musical theater dances, which are both my comfort zones, for as long as I can remember so doing tap is sooo way out of my comfort zone and your reminder that “not everyone gets it right the first time” was like a lightbulb moment for me. So thank you for this Becca! That little point you made is gonna stick with me the whole year!

Around 2 years ago I did a one day citytrip in my country and I also went lunching by myself. I remembered feeling very awkward sitting all alone there and people were staring at me. But afterwards I felt very proud of myself and it was a big step in my journey to selflove🤍. Seeing this video makes me so happy that a lot of more people try doing this, and I hope more people will do. Becca you're a true inspiration to me and I think a lot of people❤

I work part-time in a second-hand shop as a cashier. I also have to answer the phone, which still scares me. That's definitely out of my comfort zone. But I still do it, and I hope it gets better after a while. I think I'm afraid that I don't know how to help customers who call, but I've always managed those situations. There's always someone else (a co-worker) that I can ask for help, so there's really not a problem. Thanks for a great video!
