We all need that spring reset for sure! I live in the Midwest so I feel like winter requires so much energy from us and burnout is so easy to run into. As a growing content creator and artist, I find myself constantly working near burnout. But like Becca, I’ve recently began taking time for myself, because although I have goals and dreams, I have to love myself on this amazing journey I’m on! I can’t call myself inspiring and empowering folks with my self love content while neglecting myself! So we’re about the self love this spring and going forward.
