Yep. Even back when I was 16-18 (when sidekicks were the shit) I thought sidekicks were unnecessarily bulky and ugly compared to blackberries
They should bring these back with an updated version

I remember this. My Uncle had this and I've always wanted to touch it. The color changing Trackball brings me back as far as I can remember.
the color changing track ball was always pretty cool to me.

lets say i buy a sidekick 3 WITHOUT data and have a mini sd card, will i be able to get music and themes from my computer? and if so will they be saved to the mini sd or will they wipe out if my phone runs out of batery?

"The camera is technically better than the Sidekick IIs, but the picture quality is still absolutely horrible and isnt even very good for viewing on phone screens. The fact that Sharp has the nerve to say they included a 1.3 megapixel camera in this phone means that they either exaggerated the cameras picture quality or they just made a horrible camera. Dont plan on taking too many pictures with the Sidekick 3."

Remember having the Tony hawk sidekick. Only reason I ordered the sidekick 2 over 3 was that the ball scroll would fuck up.

hello everyone, im getting a new sidekick and i cant decide between a sidekick 3 and a sidekick id, can anyone help mee out??
And now all we have is a plethora of expensive ass glass slabs that break when you breathe on them wrong and drop calls every 10 seconds. God I wish phones were still like this.

I like the older sidekicks because the keyboard on the newer ones aren't that comfortable to me.

I loved this phone!
Man, 5th grade, this was my first smartphone. It was pretty good, but, I was never able to take full advantage of all its features due to the fact that I was 9, and had no idea how to do all that stuff back then. Aha.

who said you cant call on it?? i've had my sidekick for 3 years now - of COURSE you can make calls on it! she just didnt mention the points of it being a phone to call on too, and only brought up the other features, i loved my sidekick, which is why i had it for so long.
I officially retired it though, yesterday, and got a G1. Still love the hiptop though.
