    Just ordered these from Amazon - really innovative way to cover the actual wheel spokes while maintaining the ubertine look. I get them in two days, excited!

      The hype is real. Such a small change can really spruce up the car. Installation is really straightforward to. Hope it goes well 👍

    They look SUPER clean Adam! Uberturbines are definitely the best of the bunch.

    I've had these covers for a few months now. Great covers.
    Word of advice - buy an extra couple of covers. One of mine got whipped off during a really heavy downpour and driving through deepish puddles.

    I have a 2021 model 3 and have never removed the aero covers, is the inner thin spoke trim standard or did you fit them ? I have ordered the newer trims now . Thanks for posting the video

    Really looking forward to your range / efficiency test! Ive got the same covers on my 2023 Model 3 RWD. They look absolutely fantastic! I have actually heard that these are MORE efficient than Teslas aero covers! Can't wait to see what results you get!

    Have you tried taking them off?
    I had a Tesla tech out for a small job, he said some techs won't work on them and they were a bugger to get off.
    Plus, they had rubbed the alloy wheel behind.

    Hi Adam,
    They look really good. These were defo on my shopping list if I went down the M3LR. Unfortunately it’s only taken me 3 weeks to curb my M3P wheels 🤦‍♂️.
    Have you considered any PPF? I’ve just ordered some small for areas where road rash is worst so to not make it worse and help protect the paint a little

    • @AdamWellinformed
      @AdamWellinformed  Год назад +1

      Thanks Tom. It happens! Sometimes its just a mistake. How you getting on with it? No I’ve not considered any ppf. It will definitely help avoid some stone chips for sure.

      @@AdamWellinformed I’m getting on with it great thanks. If I’m completely honest, dare I say that the M3P is too fast. I know I’ll get some haters for that but unless you’re taking it on the track you just can’t do anything more than feather the accelerator otherwise you’re breaking the speed limit (extremely easily).
      I do love the car though and though the differences in looks are small, I do love the wheels and spoiler which makes the M3P look different to most others. Mine is red and so far I’ve only seen 1 other red M3P.
      I’ll let you know what the ppf is like as I think the cars need it. In the sort time I’ve had mine it’s clear that they r stone magnets 🙄.
      I only have ppf to cover around the main areas of the wheels as due to the after market bodykit mine has I can’t put on any mud flaps, which I hear are suppose to help reduce stone chips.

    So they Roll in the wrong direction on the one side, this is actually wrong with all these cheap Uber turbine covers, there is 4 identical in the package, not 2 left and 2 right,

    • @Bigmacs1
      @Bigmacs1 Год назад +2

      Take a look at the genuine uberturbine wheels, there's no left or right fitment with them either!😊

  • @robertvanzant2653
    @robertvanzant2653 Год назад

    They look great but 500 euros ? I guess it’s cheaper than an alloy but I think it’s way overpriced. But I’m cheap anyway 🤣🤣🤣

  • @Lil_Mood_
    @Lil_Mood_ Год назад +2

    You'd think for the cost they would do the turbines directions for right and left wheels so rotation it's in same direction 🤔
    Unfortunately Tesla has done the same 😅
    All about the 🫰🏼💵💷

    • @uscfroadie
      @uscfroadie Год назад +1

      Agree, but even the real wheels from Tesla are NOT directional. That’s why they always show the car from the driver’s side and never from the passenger’s side.
