On the Espada I would go with Clip Point. If the tip were to exceed the height of the spine, then I would feel ok with the Trailing point nomenclature. Although the tip swoops up after the clip, it is not in the same ball park as a traditional trailing point. Another good example of this or that could be the Cold Steel Talwar. Is it a straight back, or trailing point.
