Assistant Chief Brian Jackson on his upcoming retirement from the Lincoln Police Department.

Please help us congratulate Assistant Chief Brian Jackson on his upcoming ✨retirement✨ from the Lincoln Police Department in the next few weeks! He started his law enforcement career with the Hastings Police Department as a Reserve Officer and Patrolman before being hired at LPD in 1987. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1995, Captain in 2005 and Assistant Chief in 2011.
In retirement, he’s looking forward to traveling and spending time with his wife Robin, their children Seth, Treye and Katie, and their grandchildren! He says his family is hoping he’ll slow down a bit. We’ll see if that happens since he’s known for spending time after work on the pickleball court!
